yes its needed for screening during the aptitude test..since you are sure of passing out next month, and all things been equal its assumed the test is December..
doc needed, I.e primary sch cert, secondary sch cert, degree cert, Nysc cert, nd all other forms printed with d application form. Dats all I can remember for now
