Group discussion, competency based interview, written assessment, powerpoint presentation, role play and psychometric test.

had my assessment center virtually on wednesday. To be honest it wasnt funny. At some point i actually thought they were assessing us for General manager role. Everything na on God sha.

As regards salary, they increased their salary late 2019 so I don't know the exact pay for those grades. It was 200+ before it was slashed to 185 for ET during covid

sincerely speaking you can't really make any plans whatsoever. it could be anytime. days, maybe weeks. my advice is to ever be ready.

1 introduce yourself
2. why UBA
3. why banking (if your course is not related to banking)
4. what do you know about UBA..(if you're unlucky, you get this question...so u have to read up about the bank.

to safe yourself of questions like strength, weakness, motivation and so on..you can encompass it when introducing yourself.
lastly if your answers in the psychometric test are bizarre or not in line with the banks. just get ready to be drilled with those questions again.
that's all I have.

so as long as you're successful in the aptitude test, you'd be called for the interview, however you may contact the HR of the branch you did the test for enquiry

Aside from the dropque interview, its 2 interviews.. I.e HR zonal and Director of HR.

however a times it could be split into 3 interviews. , I don't knw the reason tho.

It seems only those that were sent messages are eligible for the Interview.
Even if they give us that information of date and venue, we cant just show up at the venue without an invitation.
