Guys take random screenshots of your accrued interest every other day and at the end of each quarter (very important), they take out from your money!!! For people who have a few millions you might not notice because they take in thousands.

Let me just assume this is a glitch o. Cos they must vomit my money. I am closing the freaking account after getting to the bottom of this.

I also noticed this yesterday. Over 5k was deducted from my account (management fee apparently) while few Naira was credited as accrued interest for many days. As I type, the last money I transferred for my account to be topped up is yet to reflect in my account. I seriously hope this is just an end of year hitch

You do not need to go to the bank. Their apps are on playstore and self explanatory. You can also speak to customer representatives if you encounter any issue.

Nope...not the fault of your asset manager. Kwikmoney started off with customer database of 9mobile as there was a kind of partnership (this explains it if you use 9mobile). If not, it means it is gradually wooing other network providers.
