Ha ha ha extremely poor indeed, just go to Anambra and see for yourself, stop believing in your politically motivated statistics from NBS, if there is any State in Nigeria that have extremely poor people it is not Anambra rather it should be Osun, Oyo, Partly Ogun. I have been to these states, the rate of poverty there is on another gear no better place of abode, no clean water no better health Care facilities. Almost all the families in Anambra now have a storey building or morden building. A sign that the peope are doing well

Well the chart shows the level of substantial poverty best states are form 0 to 30 percent while worst are from 50 to 100,only one SE state is in the best while one is in worst the rest are in between but check SW.

Thank me later

Sometimes, when I look at the almajiri system I see it as dumb idea, imagine giving birth to children, you send them to a far place knowing fully that they will be become wretched beggers.

Almajiri system should be banned

Your point is valid but do not forget that there are rural places in Anambra that have little or no access to basic amenities.

Are you aware of how many Billonaires Nnewi have. Just Nnewi alone.

No matter how many billionaires (in Naira) Nnewi have it can be as much as Lagos, Abuja

Something about Anambra, they have rich people but also have high amount of extremely poor people, with their third highest HDI in Nigeria they are still at the back of Lagos and Ogun state

Seriously if you are talking about billionaires, they are those who have above a billion dollars asset and surprisingly there are only 4-5 of 'em.

While if you are talking about billionaires with up to 1 billion Naira asset that means every one with above 3 million dollars assrt. There are 14700 millionaires in Dollars in Nigeria so that means there is an high proportion of millionaires out there so thinking that Anambra had the highest concentration of billionaires (in Naira as I suppose) is just self deciet

funnyboss:
The case of Lagos is complex and you know it. Even meteorologists when they forecast weathers for cities in Nigeria, they say for example Port Harcourt, Kaduna, Ibadan and Lagos. This you know. Besides the land mass of Lagos is the least in Nigeria after Anambra I guess. you'd have to strain your eyes to see its shape properly. Hence when talking about Lagos, You just generalise. Besides all parts of Lagos are somewhat developed so kilode? Remember a place needs a good amount of land mass to qualify as a city too. Lagos is both a state and a city
.

Nice explanation but let's put it in this way, the city of Lagos Is in the heart of Lagos.
