There are ways you can avoid sleeping when reading:

- play music. ~ hmmm. That cause distractions you know?
- take breaks in between, maybe eat a crunchy snack~ can also cause distractions too;
- get up and walk around or even watch TV for a few minutes~ Have done these. The moment I sit again to continue reading...
- pour cold water on your face~ Faster ticket to sleep
- have a glass of chilled water/juice to sip on while reading~ As in (b-i) above

Hello Cisco Professionals, I need your clarification on the subject matter above.

My CCNA is due to expire next month. I've been so engaged that I couldn't upgrade to CCNP during the three-year validity.

Obviously, I have to upgrade to CCNP before expiration or risk recertifying CCNA all over again. Buh I need to get this clear: can passing JUST an aspect of CCNP ( be it route, switch or t'shoot) get my CCNA status auto renewed, or MUST I really have to pass all three (or four) aspects of CCNP before my CCNA is renewed?

Again, how feasible is it that I can pass an aspect now that I have barely a month to go?

Please, who are they? We don't know them here in Syria.
