same with me...for traditional marriage i used customary court to issue the divorce cert. Better get consent from the father for full custody of the child.

Just include your divorce paper, it would be helpful if it is stated that you have full custody of the child. that was what i submitted and got PPR.

Good day guys, please I am asking for my sister. She is a single mother with a kid though she was initially married but she intend to serve as a spouse to a guy that wants to marry her.. Her concern now is how they can incorporate her son in the application. Since the son is not the new would be husbands biological son does it pose a problem to their application? Kindly share your thoughts on this guys

I’ll recommend DHL. I paid an extra N1500 for insurance. Probably advisable, just to cover possible loose ends.

Oh, lest I forget, you aren’t submitting directly to the High Commission.

You are submitting to VFS Global Accra, who will then submit to the high commission.

It’d also be smarter to pay for a return shipment by DHL and let VFS in on that. All that correspondence could be done via mail or phone, as given above.
