Due to your qualification, you need work experience to get a positive assessment.

Assessment = Educational Qualification + Experience.

The only exception is engineering degree holders who are able to use their final year project, IT experience and NYSC.

There is different between scholarship and discount, what you stated is actually discount and not scholarship, some unis adopt such strategy to entice international students.

with the discount, is it still possible to gain scholarship? if yes how will the person make the rest of the payment, like after the discount and scholarship

Just my own thinking, how A paid his remaining payment might not work for B. At that stage, i think one man go be for himself.
The best answer to that is if you have all the money pay it. Lol, else i doubt anyone would give you a perfect answer on how you would pay the remaining fee.

Some schools (e.g Macqurie University) gives you automatic $5000 yearly scholarship. It would be stated in your fee breakdown and would span accross the semesters.
For example, if your yearly school fee is $28000 and you're given the $5000 yearly scholarship. Your tuition per semester would be ($28000÷2) - ($5000÷2) = $11,500.

I found out there's scholarship for international students... but the procedure now is what I need your advice...
1: to apply for the scholarship is it before admission is given /during admission process or after been admitted...

2: on a partial scholarship, how will d fee b paid? let's say one is given 5,000$ out of tuition fee of 28,000$... is it possible to pay the 23,000$ and on getting to school tender evidence of 5,000$ scholarship? or how does it works please?

Yes, some schools offers scholarship (like $5000) which might be somehow insignificant to the total amount though. And the $ there is in AUD

in my enquiry... I was informed that no scholarship for international students in Australia and more so, must one pay all the fee at once... cos in US i was told some schools accept to pay d semester by semester

I am more familiarized with Canadian and USA systems regarding grading, so I can't give much details into Aussie system. One thing that is applicable to all the educational institutions around the world is that, the higher your final grades, the higher your chances to gain admission due to its competitive nature.

Concerning your question, I am referring to job prospect after studies, getting PR, weather, standard of living and etc. I believe each of the six states(New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria and Western Australia) are different in one way or the other.

Take your time to research and do your application yourself. You just need to go step by step, and you will be fine.

Firstly, I don't know your weaknesses and strong points, so I can't give you advice on courses that you can go for. Just make Google your best friend. Search any course offering in Australia and the name of universities will also come up. You should first look at courses and tuition fees and consider locations as well if you are choosy. Unfortunately, I am not familiar with studying in Aussie, but I just give you opinions generally

Also, if your have a very strong results with a minimum of Second class upper division in your university degree, then you stand a good chance of getting admitted.

Lastly, I will strongly advice you to write IELTS Academic as well

in actual fact... I intend using agent for the whole processing, but some stuff doesn't make me trust the agent I got and in order to avoid stories that touches the heart... I opted to try the processing myself...

for the results... I think they don't use grading like first class/2:1/2:2 etc... someone told me they will evaluate ur grades in all the courses you went through... how true is that?

for the IELTS...Gods willing by the first quarter of next year... I will sit for that...

Master in education or other related discipline.
There is master of education in Australia, other related discipline may be master of teaching ( primary / secondary) hit google bro.
About requirements, check your desired school requirements.... Nobody will spoon feed you here.
But you need good scores on proficiency of English.

If you are rejected at your PPA... they will give you rejection letter, you will proceed to submit the rejection letter to your LGi and it's their responsibility to post you to another PPA but according to the rules the new PPA should be within your first PPA local government.... but many still get PPA outside their first local government(this is Nigeria)

What about if my state code changes before next year. Is it safe to come next year n complete d remaining registration?

If at all your state code changes before new year... you will then wait for PPA ... and if you are posted to school, you will stay home till when they resume
