Obele nwa! ask any Igbo person the meaning. I envy you. At this age, I was feeling the same as well. Nevertheless, I would advise you to focus on your studies, plan for enterpreneurship after graduation. All these kitty-cats will be available and you will be tired of them in future. TO be candid, I heard similar advise while I was your age, but man must do something. I just hope you will help break the cycle. Goodluck! Host78: I am going to say this stuff and most guys will probably relate with it.
You may have noticed it too. But if you have not, as I describe this you'll understand it once.
So, when we just gained admission newly and resumed school, for most of us we just want to get the best grades.
But not just grades sha.
I personally made a vow that I'll have my first serious girlfriend from 100l.
My goal was that we could grow together from there and probably get married someday.
Don't blame me, your boy was young and naive then.
Most girls in 100l with us then just won't date us.
I mean some did but never anything serious.
Their eyes were rather on the senior students. These girls were going with guys in 300l and 400l students.
Omo, senior men wey we dey respect as guys naim these girls dey call 'baby'.
100l was tough.
You will toast this girl today and both of you'll be feeling it and the next day same girl will break up with you.
Not that you did anything o. Na senior student Don toast her be that.
Now here's the problem. It's 6 years after and we are in 400l.
We are now the 'highest' in the school.
And the obvious now is some of these girls are now trying to cling to us.
It's funny now sha. Person wey dey feel like say dem no fit look your side a few years ago now wan dey follow you package stuff.
Unfortunately, me no too send them again. Fresh babes are coming in every year and they seem better, look more eager and tends to demand less.
So why would I leave such for my mate who dem chew for my front and she's still demanding something serious?
I also think this same thing happens in the real dating world.
These girls in their younger age will go after matured men leaving boys in their age groups.
A few years later, these boys will catch up and the girls will want to come back but then younger girls go don already dey. |

is this a phising site Just asking.....very seriously dododawa1: The Independent National Electoral Commission has said that the Nationwide Continuous Voter Registration exercise will commence today.
According to a post via its official X handle on Monday, the electoral umpire said it had started with the online pre-registration phase today, Monday, August 18, 2025.
The commission stated that eligible Nigerians can commence their registration online via the portal www.cvr.inecnigeria.org, ahead of the physical registration exercise scheduled to begin on August 25, 2025.
It said, “In-person registration will take place at all its 37 state offices and 774 local government area (LGA) offices nationwide, to ensure easy access for prospective voters.
The CVR exercise is open to new voters aged 18 and above, those who wish to collect or transfer their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs), and individuals who need to replace lost or damaged PVCs.
The commission, however, cautioned against multiple registrations, warning that violators risk penalties.
INEC also urged Nigerians to take advantage of the opportunity, noting that voter registration is critical to ensuring inclusive participation in the nation’s democratic process.
The commission advised the public to reach out via its call centre on 0700-CALL-INEC (0700-2255-4632) or through its short code 4632.
INEC reiterated its commitment to consolidating democracy, assuring that every eligible voter would have the opportunity to register ahead of upcoming elections. |
Health › Re: My Wife's Serious Fertility Issue Is Affecting My Mental Health by saintneo(m): 3:18pm On Aug 13, 2025 |
It happens bro, but you need faith and medical support. I have been in a similar situation -wifey had excatly the same issue, my side I needed more active swimmers. Nevertheless, 7-8 years later we have 3 kids no IVF involved and we've locked up by God's grace. First, your wife needs to undergo the fibrod removal. Sometimes, God helps and it gets deleted without sugery; otherwise a medical procedure to remove the fibroid is necessary - tis' the route we took. Second, you and your wife need to pray to God. I and my wife did this countless times. I suggest you visit a man of God for prayers - possibly an MFM pastor - that's where we worship. Third, your wife to follow-up with continuos consultation with a gynagologist. Fourth, there is nothing God cannot do. You need to calm down to avoid high-BP and possibly reducing your fertility. Fifth, no dey knack daily - do every three days or four KobeMan: We married A Year ago. We decided to wait for a year before having kids. We started trying 3 few months but no success. I told both of us needs to get tested. I did Sperm Analysis & the result is good, I'm very fertile.
She did pelvic scan, and in the scan, She has fibroid (Submocousal fibroid 5.5cm). The news broke me and I was very sad, I never imagined I'll be in this kind of situation. We went to the gynecologist and He told us to go for HSG to check her fallopian tube, The result showed that Both Tubes are blocked.
I've not been myself for the last couple of days. I had to pretend to be strong because She was down & has been crying as well. This are two serious fertility issues and Her chances of conception is very low. Even if The gynecologist tells us to do the IVF(Which I don't even have money for it cause it's vey expensive) They'll still have to remove the fibroid.
This are very expensive procedures that are not even guaranteed that it will work and She will conceive. I'm the only male child in my family, in my early 30's. Pressure will start coming from all directions and also considering my my age, I don't pray to experience delay with child birth. I just decided to pour own my mind here. I'm really down, I don't know what to do. |
