Strategy
Tests are planned to be conducted in mid-December 2006, and Interviews for the last week of January 2007. No more than 200 applicants would be tested.

in a situation where graduates increases at a geometrical rates and jobs increases at an arithemetical rate.what do u expect?the employers of labour has to look for a means to narrow down the number of people that applies for certain position.That is the reason some company uses BSC,2-1,age below 26 as a means of reducing the number of graduates that apply for specific positions.It's not that BSC are better than HND holders,1st class or 2-1 are not better than holders of other grades.As i always tell my colleagues,"exam is not the best way to test intelligence,but there is not other way"
Even for those that meets the stated requirements"1st class,BSC,age less than 26"how many of them get employed at the end of the day.?i want us to look at the issue critically,objectively and dispassionately that it is the fault of the employers who are interested in getting the best out of the milllions of available unemployed graduates.And its high time we stopped seeing education as a VISA to getting a good and white collar job.

i wrote the CWL test last saturday.its purely GMAT and some reasoning questions.Four sections,50 questions all together.the time frame is just one hour.
i am yet to hear the result of the test.
