After critically analyzing all speculated time table posted here, I can confidently tell u that they will collapse to 3rd nov, In-line with sodiqyinka draft. That is the only reasonable time table ever posted here (that abides with nysc mobilization and orientation norms).
Beside, I would that u follow the nysc twitter handle @nysc_ng for updates that expresses nysc's current/latest thought.

NYSC Orientation Camp.....

2. School I D card(Original&10 Photocopies)

Yes, they pay 15k after the federal allowance. Can't say anything about the retainment ish. Depends on you n whether or not they need staffs wen you are done serving them. Cheers!
