ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) is the solution. Enable internet connection sharing and the other system will browse. the process is easy, however, getting to ICS setup depends on your the version of your OS (xp,vista,win7. . . . . ).

i use the cross cable even now the two system can share resources like folders, printers and some other things
just that the other systems can't browse the system also i configure the the LAN manually i.e i gave it
IP address       subnet mask              default gateway          because of IP conflict
so pls what did u think i should do now

The engineer in the house kindly help with networking
i want 2 network 2 laptop through wire {cable} and now the 2 system can see each other but t the other one cannot browse the internet through the other one. What should i do pls help pls
