note. from experience, it is rather better to have ready markets before stocking your birds. For broilers to be ready to be sold and profit made, they must/ should attain a body weight of between 1.9kg min-2.2kg max weight else they would rejected by eateries. When they have been culled and the feathers, intestines, gizzard, legs,neck removed, body carcass will be about 1.2-1.3kg or thereabout.
