Delta state is an oil-producing state, one of the richest in Nigeria. High level of poverty, bad roads, bad schools, so where are they spending the commonwealth of the state, those mugu won't ask, na church be their problem.

Everyone pays their taxes to the government, but tithing is only for Christians and it is optional... Besides, a lot of Churches engage in CSR, do your research, no be by social media.

Imams and mosques also collect offering from muslims, how many CSR have they done? Hausa muslim politicians are some of the richest in Nigeria, yet their people are the ones begging the most.

No be pastor you vote for, no be pastor be your governor, no be pastor be your minister and commissioner of education... Babalawo, Muslim, Alfa, Christians, Pastors and everyone pays their taxes to the government, blame them!

Tell us the will of God you discovered? Because every religion has their own requirement for holiness, share with us what they taught you for holiness, let us see if there were no added substances to your detriment.

I want to know what you have come to know as to what pleases God. What were you taught from them, share so that we don't become the ones shouting loud loud did we not do this and that in your name but get rejected because we didn't do the will of God.

The main duty of every believer is to preach Jesus and reconcile men to God. I'm a bit busy at the moment but how about we use WhatsApp sometime if u don't mind. We can also spend some time praying for souls to be saved and missionaries in the field. That would be a win win and we could lay up some treasures for ourselves

like I was saying, listening to some of these MOGs helped me become more interested in soul winning, holiness, doing the will of God and not solely pursuing my selfish desire but seeking to do what pleases God.

Bloggers, content creators and forums like this always put out such contents because they know it will generate traffic as people insult these ministers.
That's why even though they preach on different topics, the only one you'll hear is when they talk about giving. Growing up I had always heard about how some churches are only after your money for years until I attended and was stunned to know that them no even send you at all. Im not generalizing for everywhere but from my experience in some of this places, You can attend for years and not give a dime and no one cares because they don't even know u don't

The true servants of the living God are the unpopular pastors....And what they preach about is salvation and holiness.

Most of these big churches are business centers and all they preach is prosperity...They don't care if you're a sinner or not.

The most annoying thing is the way members idolize these men of God.

Only God knows who's truly serving him.

All they preach there is prosperity.... I agreed with this based on what I had heard over the years until I attended some so called big churches and discovered some positions we held about them were based on popular opinion

When I recently shared a thread about how impressed I was with the spiritual depth of Bishop Abioye's teachings the first few times I ever heard them, although this particular teaching wasn't among the ones I heard but only a few days old, it perfectly illustrates my point.

The spiritual depth i spoke about with his teachings I heard so far, didn't have to do with his physical appearance, oratory skills, eloquence, verve or the tone of his voice or how appealing his message was to me as many misinterpreted, but about how much his teachings aligned with that of Christ, because Christ teachings which is what He commanded His disciples to teach all men to keep before His departure from the earth (Matthew 28:20), ought to be the standard with which the teaching of any church leader or minister was measured, not what appeals to us or what we want to hear.

So that's what impressed me about David Abioye's teachings the few times I heard them not something else.

For instance this particular teaching is Christlike and the kind of teaching Christ would be teaching if He were Himself, however I have never heard Bishop Oyedepo teaching or expressing such a concern before, despite knowing him since the late 80's and early 90's when he was yet in Kaduna up til now.

I know that he is more obsessed with getting more church members into his church and building bigger church buildings than getting souls into the kingdom of God, as was the case with most prosperity preachers, as is clearly reflected in their teachings, hence even though the church now has become filled and brimming with members than it's ever been in it's history, it's also the church that's made sinners become most comfortable in their sins instead of coming to repentance since the church began.

This is a serious concern I have always had concerning today's church and have shared here and elsewhere times without number, but many spiritually blind Christians have taken that to be an attack on the church, so it's good to see Bishop David Abioye who they view as one of their own also expressing the same concerns about today's church.

It's baffling though that it took his retirement from Oyedepo's church for us to hear such a teaching from him, so it could be a blessing in disguise but just wished it happened sooner.

The Bishop Oyedepo Ive listened to preaches against living in sin and against materialism severally ... Even in the just concluded Shiloh he talked severally of how Solomon's wisdom was corrupted because of iniquity and love for what God hates.

Infact I know someone in person who was terribly addicted to drugs and womanizing but repented and got delivered from those addictions in winners. He's a very committed member and I've heard him relate his testimony severally

The way ministry is designed, Paul Eneche, Ibiyiome, are supposed to learn under the experience of Abioye but now Abioye will consult them, no matter what! I do not rule out his achievements, but one must know when to stop dancing. Can relate the story of Laban and Jacob? Jacob said " I have been serving you all this while, when should I prepare for my home?" To me, Abioye has a closed mind. The politics in the church is more than the politics in government. I studied church history, I can boldly tell you that Oyedepo also learnt under someone. Most of the people that desire absolute loyalty don't give it to others. Immediately I stepped into the Canaanland I could see there is a big problem on ground. In the next 10 years you will see, that many churches will spring out of winners.

The bishop already said part of the God given mandate is that winners will form the foundation of many great ministries

I think you should try attending any Living Faith Church close and listen to the sermon so you can get first hand info. "Seeing is believing"

That Apostle Suleman's prophecy was right too. That prophecy was 2020 & Kamala wasn't even picked as choice of VP yet.
In another video then he added that even tho a man would be president, he was seeing a woman as the main person in place.
If you follow him you will see when he said in 2018 that Donald Trump was not going to win his 2020 2nd term bid and it happened.
