Well... my two cents is that in all sha, check your peace of mind about the individual (also the level of deep seated peace and fulfillment the relationship has brought you. Be sure the person loves you too and is in agreement with you (degree of agreeability on important issues matters alot). Someone you feel is the will of God that treats you with disdain should make have a rethink and pray again (thats if God really dey there at all). Two cannot walk together except they be agreed. I learnt a colleague (woman in her 50s) at my former place was sick and i went to see her. When i saw her she was a shadow of herself and she couldn't tell what was wrong with her. She told me that she had gone to sleep over with a sick person in the hospital when someone on another bed in the ward died. The nurses were trying to lift the body and needed assistance. No one obliged to help them. She wondered why and went to help them carry it out. That was it. She didnt understand herself afterwards. It lasted months. She said severally, she would see this strange woman that died calling her to follow. She became like a living dead, very dark, sickly, her hubby bathing her, carrying her about and all. This went on and on but we kept praying. When this would finally stop she had a dream of the woman calling her stubborn and telling her bye bye. This was months after and that was when she finally regained her health and returned to work.
When i visited her, she was a shadow of herself. We spent a long time talking ( she related the story then and we even prayed together) the time i visited during her illness but i was shocked she wasn't even aware i visited after she regained her health.

I once had my tithe with me when someone walked up to me for an assistance to discharge her family from hospital. After confirming that it's true, I just dropped my entire tithe to pay the bill and believe I had paid my tithe but somehow I was told that since I didn't drop it in the church am yet to pay my tithe.

As a believer you should be led of the spirit. The holyspirit asking you to give it to someone in need can actually happen once in a while too. However the general tithe saga reveals alot; one of which is that we always try to contend with that which God wants for himself. Example is that 10% according to scripture is for God's house and 90% for us but we still want to use that part that is his. Charity can be done out of that 90% that is ours but we always seem to feel it has to be from that 10% that is his while we use our 90% for ourselves

perform better as managers.

At the moment, many companies are looking for people who can get the job done with the right skills.

Been a first class graduate does not automatically make people better managers.

But it is very important to be a first class graduate, it gives you edge over others.

As for your friend, I think he's a fraud for accepting such roles when he does not have the right experience for it.

My mom have a friend, a very good one. The woman really like me because I am a boy and she doesn't have a male child, so she holds me in high esteem. She has five daughters, my senior, my age mate and my juniors.

Since I returned back from school after my final exam, the respect is becoming too much, my mom started complaining about me being single and her friend becoming more friendlier. Her third daughter just graduated too, and my mom is trying everything for two of us to date. Recently, the started chatting me up frequently and I discovered she is not my spec. She is this spiritual and religious Bible kind of girl and I am a liberal. When I told her that I am not spiritual nor religious, I can see the shock on her face.

She doesn't wear trouser, no earrings nor necklace, a very decent girl by appearance of course, and that's the kind of girl I want. She is even complaining that I am too unstable because I am always traveling every now and then and she doesn't like it.

I am not ready for any relationship right now and I don't want any relationship that involves two families. I will get a girlfriend for myself whenever I am ready. So I told my mom to bury that thought, it won't happen and she said I am too stubborn and rebellious and radical, I smiled and said nothing.
