I think your problem is familiar to someone who is confused if 2*3=6=3*2 . For the avoidance of doubt, let's analyse if together.
2014 Batch A orientation course: 11 March - 1st April
2014 Batch B pre mobilisation workshop : 6th - 9th May
2014 Batch B orientation course : 5th- 26th August.
Also an integral part of your confusion is because you did not see 2014 Batch C pre mobilisation workshop in the 2014 Batch C TT and can I tell you that it does not mean that the meeting(pre mobilisation workshop) did not hold just like you did not see registration of foreign/local based nigerian graduates. Having said that, I think I should explain to you the concept of registration of foreign/local based nigerian graduates.
When you see Registration of Foreign/Local based Nigerian Graduates. Maybe from 1st April - 1st June. Its telling you that PCM must have completed their studies on or before 1st April, submission of senate approved result(master list) must be hold in the date range and briefing of PCM must hold on or before 1st June. Anytime the issue of NYSC comes up, TT will always mean Time Table, just like PCM will always mean Prospective Corps Members.

Bro, I wouldn't want us to take this to another level. Let's just understand the modus operandi of NYSC, I have shed light on this previously. The university Memo is like what NYSC call TT, it tells you that we had meeting on so so day(pre mobilisation meeting) and we agree that the exam(orientation couse) should hold from so so to so so. Observe also that the NYSC TT does not specify the events for each day of the orientation course just like the University Memo, I believe in the camp there will be another TT that may specify the events for each day just like the University Examination TT.

Sorry bro, the meeting is indeed the pre mobilisation workshop. It is in the meeting that resolutions are made. The initial TT is drafted by the Directorate/Governing body and it is in the meeting(pre mobilisation workshop) that it is accepted or reviewed. Your shifting sounds as though NYSC has stated a date already for2015 Batch B orientation course.
On a serious note, it's well known that before NYSC releases a TT, they should have done a pre mobilisation workshop, It is also known that that workshop can not hold when any batch is still undergoing orientation course, so it means that the earliest date for this pre mobilisation workshop is July. Considering that B stream 2 will be in came June. It is after this meeting that a TT is expected which may be late July or early August. For the other rationale, kindly study 2015 Batch A TT.

I don graduate since 2010, I never ever receive ordinary one job test invite, even if na by mistake.
