Family / Re: Is A Jobless Man The Head Of His Family? by same410(m): 10:31pm On Jan 16, 2008
What do you mean by joblessness? We leave in a world where things happen. A man could loose his job due to fault not from him. We are no longer in an agrarian society where man must have work to do. If a man is not lying low with his state of joblessness, then we can not qualify him with the biblical assertion.

Sports / Money Palaver Rocks Eagles, Sudan Friendly by same410(m): 3:59pm On Jan 09, 2008
There were indications last night that the proposed friendly match between the Super Eagles and Sudan scheduled for today was almost cancelled, even as team skipper Nwankwo Kanu arrived Malaga last night.

The match, which is to help the two Ghana 2008-bound teams prepare for the tournament kicking off in 11 days time, was threatened by the Sudanese demand that Nigeria share some of the cost.

Politics / Re: Ribadu Fired! by same410(m): 1:03pm On Dec 31, 2007
Ribadu knows that as a ranking officer he can be deployed and redeployed anywhere and at any time. Take for instance, Haz Iwendi, the immediate past Police PR. He was PR twice, posted to a state as Asst Commissioner and now posted to Kaduna as Commissioner.

Ribadu is not a different breed. A police Officer is a police officer.

If Ribadu does not vacate EFCC post hw are we going to discover the many 'ribadus' out there.

Nigerians must learn to accept the fact that we cannot continue to leave on past glory. Ribadu belongs to a past generation, the OBJ feudalistic era.

Sports / Who Will Nations Cup: Nigeria Senegal Or Ghana? by same410(m): 4:41pm On Dec 27, 2007
Many believe that Ghana with home advantage would win the Nations Cup but Vogts after seeing the exploits of his foreign legion thinks that no team in Africa would stop the Eagles from soaring to the Zenith in Ghana. As if that is enough, captain of the different African teams have come to back up their coaches.

Senegalese captain and Bolton star, El Hadji Diouf said that Senegal was in better position to win the Nations Cup. He was reacting to the row of Club versus Country when he said that he would be available for the African Nations Cup.

Business / 15 Successful Entrepreneurs Who Didn’t Need College by same410(m): 3:22pm On Nov 23, 2007
How many times were you told to make sure you worked hard in high school so you could go to college and get a good career job? Okay, maybe not all of you got nagged about it, but probably a good portion of today’s generation of adults did.

It’s natural to wonder whether college is really necessary. A college degree, as many have found, is no guarantee of a good career. Below, there are many successful entrepreneurs who didn’t need their college education and become millionaires anyway. Here are fifteen of them, both contemporary and from the past, in alphabetical order.

Career / Re: Human Resource Or Admin by same410(m): 9:26pm On Nov 01, 2007
Discussing this will take a lot of space but put simply, an Administrative personnel performs coordinating functions within an organisation. He provides supports for the overall operations of the company. The designation varies: Office manager, Admin Officer etc. Admin duties includes personnel functions ie managing people within the organisation. In small organisations, Hr functions falls under the Admin duties.

But the field of HR differs a bit. It focus on aligning the people with the organisation goals. It is builds upon human relationship within organisation. It is a result of change in management thinking from the scientific school to the relations school. It covers such areas as recruitment, training & development, employee relations, Compensation management, etc.

HR is not the same as the old Personnel Administration we are used to. People that man HR position do not necessary have to study Personnel management. In fact, people with experience in various aspecs of an organisation's business do better as HR manager or officer.

Well, this is the bit i can say, I am equally new in the HR (unemployed).

Business / Re: Any Biz Ideas For Someone With 24-7 Internet Connection? by same410(m): 8:09pm On Oct 12, 2007
Forex Mentoring
Forex mentoring involves having a trading mentor at your disposal to provide practical training and coaching. Trading mentoring is important in the development of a successful trader. A forex mentor is just like an athletic coach that continues to train an athlete to perform a specific routine or movement until perfection. Even though the routine might not be all that complicated, without having a coach looking over the athlete's back, watching his every move, will likely result in the athlete failing to perform the instructions correctly. Forex traders are not any different - without forex mentoring, a trader will rely on his own emotions and interpretation of the trading strategy to be performed and fail in the execution. It happens over and over in trading.

Please note that forex transactions are not appropriate for all persons.

Also note that Nigeria is becoming a growing force in the forex trading industry. If you look on Google Trends, you can see the search volume of terms like "forex" and "forex trading" growing sharply. Nigeria is actually the leading country in Google Trends on these terms, particularly for "forex trading". You should be a part of this growing trend!

Forex Mentors can provide mentoring to both new and experienced traders alike. Through our proprietary trading program, traders who are selected can receive our guidance and ongoing forex mentoring as well. For more information on this prop trading program call 08059298355/08056166490 or send email to waymakerz@yahoo.co.uk. Training is provided live over the Internet. If you have any questions about forex mentoring, please fill out the appropriate form by clicking the link below.

Religion / Re: Why Do Youths Run Away From Deeper Life Bible Church? by same410(m): 8:34pm On Jun 26, 2007
Well, i love deeperlife. I have been there and i am yet to see a church as consistent as deeperlife in its message and doctrines. Infact, most churches you see today just 'go with the flow', lowering the standard and satisfying the itching ears of their congregation. The youths would want to be in a place where there 'exuberance(s)' would be indulged. For instance, why would a church organised 'jeans carnival' or 'fashion parrade'?

Pastor Kumuyi is not a pastor that will patronize politicians or allow himself to become a consultant to them. He is a teacher of the word. His passion and program are developmental and deep. What i learned as a member of deeperlife in my early days have stayed with me even as a non member of deeperlife.

Today, pastors rarely points people to the bible, instead they quote what john maxwell, mike muddock, td jakes etc said. Many who professed Christianity lacks knowledge of the bible and like the Bible said, they are on the way to destruction.

I await response

Religion / Obasanjo Avoided Me During Third Term Bid – Adeboye by same410(m): 12:34pm On Jun 25, 2007
The papers are awashed this morning with the news on Pastor Adeboye's comment on the third term bid of Obasanjo.

According to Pastor Adeboye, "when our former president wanted to run for a third term, he avoided me, throughout the period.'' Adeboye added that he was indeed friendly with Obasanjo and had assured him before he was elected in 1999 that he would be President.

Also, when there was a plan to impeach Obasanjo during the first term, Adeboye said he told him he would even get a second term. But when the plot for third term started, the former leader started to avoid him.

The General Overseer of the RCCG Worldwide added that Obasanjo avoided him because the former president knew he had been silent on the third term, even though he had spoken earlier that Obasanjo would be President and would also get a second term. "But I kept quiet on the third term, " Adeboye stated, hinting that Obasanjo knew very well that he would not bless the idea of a third term against Nigeria's Constitution. (The Guardian)
Religion / Re: Who is your Favorite Popular Pastor or Preacher in Nigeria? by same410(m): 1:14pm On Jun 23, 2007
Hi all,
Who is my favourite pastor? I will choose Pastor W.F. Kumuyi. Tis is a pastor who has stayed consistent with the message the church started with. I can not find any church in Nigeria today that has not been infilterated by worldly encumberances. RCCG has two categories of members: Model and Classical. That is unchristian. There is only ONE GOSPEL.

What business was OBJ doing on RCCG pulpit? What business was Pastor Oritsejafor doing on d same pulpit? The bible said two cannot be together except they be agree.

I attend living spring chapel but inconsistency is all over the place.

I dont believe in pastor woshipping but the truth is many ignorant christians are been fed the wrong gospel by the so-called televangelists like Pastor Chris.

Anyone with strong response on this can reach me via same410@yahoo.com

Religion / Re: Pastor Chris Oyakhilome: Interview/Comments by same410(m): 8:59pm On Oct 12, 2006
When i heard and read what some people say about 21st century pastors, i am forced to pity the future of many so called christians. In Nigeria, we tend to be extremist in our adoration of 'man of God'. In my growth both as a Nigerian and as a christian, i have learned to approach issues from an objective point of view with sentiments or emotional attachment.

What we see today among pastors is 'showmanship', no more no less. The messages are coated with psychological embelishments to appeal to the ears of the followetrs. But what we fail to realise that God himself has a blueprint gide for pastors. As shepherd, there are expectations and by Bible standards, pastors like Chirs Oyakhilome stands in violation to them.

What Pastor Chris has done is to use the power of media to bamboozle people into think what they see is true. Facts on ground prove otherwise. These pastors, with growing funds around them are not better in treating their flocks as OBJ has treated us. Many poverty striken people in d midst of plenty; many unemployed; fornicators; paper-robbers; 419ers; drunkards; drug dealers; and so on. You can imagine a church where people sow seed with their cars and nobody ask where the source of their earning comes from.

We have gotten to a point now that these pastors dread to mention rapture, second coming c Christ, great tribulation etc in their message. In fact, they pain the picture of utopic heaven on earth,

Has anyone ask why Pastor Ashimolowo is operating from Nigeria? He has been indicted in London over church money. Has d members of winners chapel asked the question on the true owner of covenant university? All d various ventures churches are getting involved in, does anyone care to ask whose names those businesses are registered? Like Fela said, 'Na pastor life dey better' while d members are struggling.

I refused to be decieve.

I know these pastors have deluded followers who hate to hear anyone oppose their 'man of God'. But the Bible told me to test all spirits and i say any spirit that deemphasise the core message of Christ is the spirit of Antichrist. The Bible stressed that in the last days, the devil s going to disquise as angel of light, performing diverse miracles. But miracles will take no one to heaven.

82.128.7.68
Ezek 34:7-16

7'Therefore, you shepherds, hear the word of the LORD: 8 "as I live," says the Lord GOD, "surely because My flock became a prey, and My flock became food for every beast of the field, because there was no shepherd, nor did My shepherds search for My flock, but the shepherds fed themselves and did not feed My flock"-- 9 therefore, O shepherds, hear the word of the LORD! 10 Thus says the Lord GOD: "Behold, I am against the shepherds, and I will require My flock at their hand; I will cause them to cease feeding the sheep, and the shepherds shall feed themselves no more; for I will deliver My flock from their mouths, that they may no longer be food for them."

11'For thus says the Lord GOD: "Indeed I Myself will search for My sheep and seek them out. 12 As a shepherd seeks out his flock on the day he is among his scattered sheep, so will I seek out My sheep and deliver them from all the places where they were scattered on a cloudy and dark day. 13 And I will bring them out from the peoples and gather them from the countries, and will bring them to their own land; I will feed them on the mountains of Israel, in the valleys and in all the inhabited places of the country. 14 I will feed them in good pasture, and their fold shall be on the high mountains of Israel. There they shall lie down in a good fold and feed in rich pasture on the mountains of Israel. 15 I will feed My flock, and I will make them lie down," says the Lord GOD. 16 I will seek what was lost and bring back what was driven away, bind up the broken and strengthen what was sick; but I will destroy the fat and the strong, and feed them in judgment."
