It's an appeal that i submitted since january o and I received the reply that they've not resumed this week.
You believe they've resumed?
faithzy:

Did you get a reply this week?
If it's this week, I doubt this is the reply you will get.
Travel / Re: GENERAL Irish (student)visa & Work Permit-New THREAD*** by SameeD96: 10:04am On Jun 24, 2020
Me, I did. They said they can't give me any update now as they've not resumed.
faithzy:

I would advice you send them a mail. Though I'm not waiting for an appeal decision.
Travel / Re: GENERAL Irish (student)visa & Work Permit-New THREAD*** by SameeD96: 10:41pm On Jun 05, 2020
Please, this might seem like a rookie question, but how do I know where my application is being processed?
ExpressBooking:

First of all you need to know where your visa application is processed. It's either at Abuja Embassy or INIS Dublin. In my case it was Irish Embassy Abuja, so checking on the link below with my AVATS number every week. That's how u can find out

Good day, I think you just have to write the embassy and let them know they have the passport. Please, if i may ask, when did the applicant submit their appeal?
AJtoDublin15:
Hi,
I am new in this forum.
A return courier envelop was not sent together with an Appeal Application for Irish visa in Abuja. This Appeal was granted and the Applicant is being asked to submit her passport with proposed travel dates. The Applicant's passport was included in the Appeal as requested in the initial Refusal letter.

Now is it possible that the Applicant's passport is in the Irish Embassy, Abuja without the visa officers being aware? Like the Appeal documents and passport shoved in one corner?
Travel / Re: GENERAL Irish (student)visa & Work Permit-New THREAD*** by SameeD96: 10:52am On Mar 19, 2020
That's what we'd do.
God will come thru

One More thing, if you don't mind.
My response time was supposed to be this week, do you think I'll get a decision or I'll have to wait till people start applying for September?
Sorry for the many questions, God bless you.

@ICaSNg Good morning, please my study visa appeal is pending in the embassy for february session of Griffith college. I understand that it is automatic deferment to September.

However, I'll like to ask if you think my decision will be released at the stipulated time or it will be released with decisions sent later on for September VISAs?

A reply will be very much appreciated. Thank you very much.
