Thanks for the advice jare. Corpers there have a way they withdraw money though. Rural Rugged is the a program by NCCF where they go to far flung villages for evangelism..and no, it is not compulsory.

Sorry guys..I have been extremely busy lately plus no network. Was posted to Efire Comprehensive High School Ogun Waterside LGA for my PPA. . I am through with registrations now. The place is cool though. Cheap accommodation ( 1k monthly for a room with personal bath and WC). Cheap food and stuff..but there is no PHCN light neither is there a bank. The next bank/atm is #700 away . We go survive am sha . I am also through with LGA registrations and bank. (Union Bank ). Currently in Ibaragun land for NCCF Rural Rugged.

Trust you all are doing good? And getting ready for stream 2 things..Yokiti, Sokarsenal, Rationalmind, Heemah sweetiepie, and my other G's and ladies..I greet you all.

Yea...your state code number which is like your pin. It is different from your call up number. I would suggest you cram the two numbers cos you wld need them at different times..

0518...my serial number...the last figure 8 automatically puts me in platoon 8. 0 is for platoon 10.

As per your question to Cutiepie, you wld be given state code numbers..its like ur ID throughout ur stay.

Those posted to schools would go to the schools, sort out themselves, go to the LGA and sort out yourself, then chill till schools resume.

You guys wil be asked to do so in d LGA were you r been posted to. Cos as it stands now, stream 1 registration procedure ȋ̝̊̅§ d same as stream 2 registration procedure. So D̶̲̥̅̊ε̲̣̣̣̥γ̲̣̣̥ (nysc) stil utilised d 3 wks meant ƒø̲̣̣я̅ camping by asking us to register on d 1st week and asking us to come back after 2 weeks ƒø̲̣̣я̅ posting letter making it 3 wks. D only difference ȋ̝̊̅§ d parade n drills. So I want to know if we in stream 2 wil be asked to open an account wen we come ƒø̲̣̣я̅ our posting letter in camp or we wuld do so in d LGA we wea posted to. Though I know d bicycle allowance and tfare wuld be paid into our personal account hence D̶̲̥̅̊ε̲̣̣̣̥γ̲̣̣̥ want our account details wit d sort code. So pls I want d stream 1 peeps to clear me on dis.

We have not opened any accounts yet..that would be done after we get our postings. All our allowances for now are being paid in cash.
MAYBE the bicycle, transport and the initial monthly allowance wld be paid into your personal accounts, then the others wld be paid into the ones you wld open with NYSC designated banks..
