I had same issues in Dec which was resolved. I had to send a snapped picture of my driving license(they won't accept a scanned copy) and a picture of the debit card u use in making deposit both back and front. They also asked for my bank statement which I also downloaded and sent via mail. Them tire sef and had to unlock my account.
