No osinbajo no Sambo.. Abeg this one no b debate joor.. |
In as much as I don't believe in the APC and whatever it tries to represents, I must say that OP is totally wrong. I watched the rally on Channels and I must say the crowd was massive. OP please desist from spreading lies as that's is not the modus operandi of the GEJ campaign. Elections are not judged by crowd turnouts at campaigns. even if one billion people come out to wave brooms for buhari, that won't stop him from crying come Failbuhari. |
GNLD experience is better imagined than experienced I once fell for their scam due to my desperation of getting a job before going for NYSC. Naso I dress up that hot afternoon looking forward to my first interview. I didn't tell anyone cos I wanted it to be a surprise. The obscurity of the address at isolo speaks Volumes of their scam, once you drop at dat isolo bridge dressed as a job seeker, the bike men already know your destination. I finally got to the venue of the interview to my greatest disappointment, I knew I had fallen for this ponzy scheme called GNLD . I met several people seated already, while others were taking their leave as it was done in batches. The small kiosk was littered with motivational quotes neatly written on cardboard and placed strategically on every corner of the room. I wanted to leave but something within me wanted to see this adventure to the very end. After several minutes of waiting, a haggard looking douchebag came to address us. For the first time I saw someone dressed in a tie and dirty canvas speaking so confidently. As he was speaking, I was calculating how the small change left in my wallet would take me home. In that tiny kiosk, the reality of unemployment dawned on me. Seeing graduates dressed neatly with no job ready to jump on anything available sent cold shivers down my spine. When I couldn't take it anymore, I decided to take my leave and begin my long trek home. I would never forget that day in a hurry, I trekked all the way from isolo to oke afa; those who know that route would understand better. After that experience I lost interest going for NYSC because of the sad reality job seekers face after youth service. Some things happen to us in life for a reason. Prior to that bitter experience, I had this belief that the best panacea for unemployment was getting good grades from the University. I was totally wrong because in that tiny kiosk, I saw young smart graduates with good grades without jobs. I went for my NYSC with a totally pessimistic mindset that the job market was totally saturated. I spent the better part of my youth service reading career books just to give me an edge. While others were idling away, I was busy applying for jobs little wonder I spent 60 percent of my alawee on transport. Traveling from one state to another in order to attend job interviews. In the words of Alexander Goldsmith "where determination is predominant, failure cannot dismantle the flag of success".I got several job offers less than 3 months after NYSC as a result of my ruggedness during job search and self development not forgetting baba God. I gate crashed several test and attended several interviews which prepared me for the big stage. I guess the fear of hawking drugs for GNLD was my motivating factor. In a sane environment, ponzy schemes like GNLD would never see the light of the day. For young job seekers, beware of job adverts using yahoo and Gmail. Always verify before embarking on such trips. May God bless our hustle. |
Try reading up some nice books about successful interviewing. Like an earlier poster said, the first step to successful interviews is confidence and confidence only comes after adequate preparation. you can pm me, I ll send you some nice books that would help you ace interviews. |
Shekau the third trying to gather attention. No one has given him and his boys the required attention of late. Even his sponsors are busy campaigning. No worry Shekau, we go visit ur matter after Failbuhari. For now enjoy your so called captured territory. |
I really love this Fayose. Giving APC sewer rats high BP since 1900. Fayose has nothing to fear because it's more likely that hell would host a winter Olympic than for Buhari winning the presidential election.. |
D9ty7:APC is a Greek gift wrapped with lies and ready to be served on a platter of deceit. If we don't resist this evil they are trying to force down our throats vehemently, posterity would never forgive us. That sir is the reason I hate APC. |
Yungwizzzy:If you must know, I got 2 job offers in the revamped power sector less than 6months after NYSC before settling for my current job. The reason you are unemployed all through the years of GEJ tenure is still the same reason you'll be unemployed even if Jesus Christ was president. |
Change2015:He is irrelevant to me so I don't need to spell his name correctly. GEJ TILL BUHARI WAVES HIS BROOM ABOVE HIS SHOULDER FOR 30SECS.. |
barcanista:Which better stuff do you expect me to see in a party filled with disgruntled individuals whose stock in trade are lies and deceit. Why are you guys ignoring my postscript?? Am yet to see your healthy general wave his masquerade broom above his shoulder for at least 15 seconds. |
Obiagelli:GEJ is a serving president and hasn't abandoned his electoral duties like Amaechi ND Co. Buhari can tour the nine planets, it wouldn't stop him from losing in Failbuhari. |
Upon all the money that Amaechi is wasting on this failed project, they don't even know his name.. APC darris God o.. |
That Onyegun the chairman of the APC can't still memorise the name of its campaign DG leaves more to be desired. The man kept calling Chibuzor Amaechi at the APC rally in kogi state instead of Chibuike Amaechi. APC, I never thought you guys would suddenly become a national laughing stock, your presidential candidate forgetting the name of his running mate due to senility is one thing, but a party chairman consistently forgetting the name of its campaign DG is really outrageous. Ps.. Did anyone notice how buhari could not wave his broom above the elbow level for just 5 secs. The frail man was using the broom as a supporting stick while giving his usual dry speech bereft of ideas and intelligence. |
The kogi state I know is strongly a PDP state. I served there during NYSC, was there mid last year and nothing has changed politically. All these crowds doesn't transpire to votes. The ebira and igala ppl I know would vote for whoever donates more cash and rice during election. I was there during their local government elections and I know what went down. |
Slonge2:Charlatan, am back from work where I make a 6 digits pay enough to feed ur entire family while ur sorry ass has been jumping from one thread to another displaying stupidity all day. Chanting sai Buhari on an empty stomach won't help your pathetic situation.. Go get a life Jobless he-goat. |
Slonge2:All your posts on nairaland reeks of stupidity and ignorance. I ll rather be a jambite than come on a faceless forum to display stupidity. Come to talk of academic prowess, you are nowhere near where I have been academically. Stupid ediot.. |
Slonge2:We don't expect you to value education since you are a stark illiterate like your mentor. |
Now they are clamoring for issue based campaign. Since APC wants to play dirty, then two can play the game. Now it's politics of character assassination we cannot sit and watch some idiots force a senile man down our throats. This is just the beginning, by the time PDP finishes with buhari, even his boko boys will disown him. |
OP you are completely correct. Violence is a major trait of APC supporters. 90 percent of them are jobless so you'll always see them on the first page of every thread chanting sai Buhari. I can testify to the transformation agenda of this administration as regards job creation. 90 percent of my university classmates are gainfully employed just 2yrs after graduation something that wasn't normal before now. Most of them are in the power sector which before now was in shambles. Some of them are currently on postgraduate scholarships abroad courtesy of the federal government. My recent experience at our refurbished airports speaks volumes. I recently spent just 3hrs by road between Benin and lagos, a journey that was approximately 6hrs before due to the bad nature of the road. Most people chanting sai Buhari are those who would still soak garri 3 times a day even if Jesus was president. The present administration is not perfect, but to deny it's giant strides is to sacrifice truth on the alters of deceit. If previous administrations had been this sincere, we won't be where we are currently. |
Generalkorex:Na category 3 things o.. |
Below is a list of different categories of parents we encountered in primary school. I won't be surprised if some people never had such encounters because from the latest political happenings, primary school education isn't easy to come by as we once thought. 1. THE EVER PRESENT PARENTS; These sets of parents are always around for any school occasion. From PTA meetings down to school inter house sports u will always find them. Even if the occasion was scheduled to hold during working hours, they would still be present. Not that they are jobless but they seem to always put all other activities on hold just to attend their wards school programs. 2. THE GHOST PARENTS; Unlike the ones above, these parents would never show up or participate in school activities. If your parents were in this category, am very sure you received enough strokes of cane just because your parents refused to show up at PTA meetings. Sometimes I wonder why dem no go flog the papa for house instead of the innocent child. 3. THE EVER COMPLYING PARENTS; These categories of parents would pay for any kind of fees. They can pay for state sha. While other parents are grumbling about the recent hike in fees, these parents have already settled theirs. Little wonder such parents are usually nominated to head the PTA. A closer look at some of these parents, you'll find less educated people who place serious emphasis on education than material things. 4. THE NON COMPLYING PARENTS; To pay school fees na quarrel not to talk of paying for end of year party or report card. Just as Anelka moves from one club to another every transfer Window, their wards move from one school to another every session to avoid paying outstanding school fees. More often than not, these are the same parents living large and throwing parties with little or no attention to their children's education. 5. THE THIRD PARTY DISCIPLINARIAN; These category of parents don't believe in the axiom which says charity begins at home. They'll delegate the duty of disciplining their children at home to the most wicked teacher in school. If the pikin thief meat for pot, they'll bring him to the assembly ground and dedicate his butts to the lashes of the fiercest teacher on ground. Their children often end up becoming social pariahs and more notorious. 6. THE EXPLOSIVE PARENTS; Their children are like landmines, you touch them you lose your limb(job) as a teacher. Even fellow pupils dare not beat up such children cause they'll rain hell on your parents. These parents never tell their wards to stay out of trouble, rather their children can run their mouth like tap riding on the aggressive nature of their parents. Sometimes you don't blame these parents, many of them waited so long to bear these children and would always go overboard to protect them. Which category do your parents fall into. Mine belongs to category 3. Feel free to add to the list... HAPPY 2015. |
omenka:Which subsidy protest is this one talking about? A protest when military men were deployed, the whole ojota was empty like a toy store without a PS3. The efforts u are wasting here would have been useful in helping ur illiterate general search for his certificate. If Buhari is actually disqualified which I don't expect, nothing will happen. No one is bigger than this country. I hope INEC clears him one way or the other so he can lose miserable at the polls. Before Buhari comes out of this mess, his political career would have been dealt with a serious uppercut. Tinubu must be regretting why he presented this charlatan instead of learned men like Fashola et AL. |
NYSC certificate almost made me lose my current job during the interview stage even though I was just days away from my Pop, yet an illiterate general wants to rule this country without even FSLC. Thank God for the electoral reforms made by the present administration, no longer would charlatans smell the corridors of power. |
I hope INEC has the necessary framework in place to detect an oluwole cloned certificate. All these our politicians no get joy o. |
Lagos the overrated cesspit. |
I use the starsat HD decoder and my experience has been awesome. With the 3k monthly subscription, I get to enjoy loads of exciting channels ranging from fox to mtv base. The downside is the sporting content which I think it's still below par. Generally I think startimes has really tried. 8/10 |
F**k FIFA nd PES.. Table soccer all the way.. I remember that year wey we dey use eye scout for smooth cemented floor to unleash our ultimate team. Childhood was really fun growing up in independence street ikeja.. |
Million dollar question |
Clerverly:Mr man stop derailing this thread. Your mentor just showed that he is as dumb as a rock, instead of you covering your head in ashes you resorted to abuses. Abeg swerve go corner make ppl way fit package the so called people's general come repackage am. Barcanista ur attention is needed. This transgendered hobo is adding salt to the open sore of Buhari. |
Both Buhari and Atiku will lose in 2015 if any of them clinches the APC ticket. For the sake of peace and so blood and baboons don't get soaked in blood, we would prefer Atiku. The memory of Corp members whose bloods were shed in the last elections is still fresh nd will continue to hunt Buhari until he meets his 72 virgins in hell. |
No one should compare this scenario to that of Tambuwal. Those senators were not elected on the platform of the APC so they are free to decamp cos the party on whose platform they were elected no longer exists. |
@Op u are totally correct.. I don't think they always have an agenda in their rallies. In a APC rallies, everybody must vent his or her anger sotay Dem go begin drag mic.. I don't pray to live in a country ruled by those aggrieved criminals.. |
