I'll let this slide until experts speak. I feel she executes it too easily. She doesn't even struggle to have them in that position. They don't try to break free with their available hands when her legs are locked around them. They don't try not to move into that position. They don't try to block the impact. I get it that legends like Shelley do it, but it won't be the first time moves that don't actually hurt get popularized.

What you've said is true but I've seen many matches where her opponents struggle to get out of that position. Some roll out of the ring while others counter with an electric chair drop.
Many moves don't involve struggle to execute in modern wrestling thus it becomes a choreographed dance routine.
See Bandido 21plex finisher. Swerve's stomp, The Spanish fly, Kofi's trustfall, Canadian destroyer etc.

I grew up knowing that in a standard wrestling match, whoever gets attacked by outside interference gets declared as the automatic winner. I don't know if it's still so. Because I've heard of matches declared as "no contest" when one person is attacked.
