In west, highest have seen is #300 and it's rare
Same as North Central, even some places in Abuja sells #170.
I was just learning that in Port Harcourt and many places in South South it's sold @#500
And many places in South East, it's sold @#300 - #400
Places like Kaduna, Kano, #270 - #340.
I think this should be addressed, maybe those distributors or marketers have been not been sincere and setting high Profit. |
Politics › Re: If Subsidy Is Removed, how Much Will Fuel Sell? by Sammy07: 11:11pm On Jan 09, 2023 |
mine85: we are already buying in the East, 400. well, it means we can survive without subsidy but we need cushioning alternatives.. the burden is currently too much in the East.
one cushion is providing steady power supply, so as to save us from buying fuel for generators. How come you guys are buying fuel @400 over there ? Here in West, highest na #300 and it's rare |

phatriqk: Currently watching the interview of the Lagos State PDP Governorship Candidate Jandor on TVC News, and I can tell that TVC News is anti PDP, no doubt Mr Jandor keeps speaking facts about the real state of Lagos but they keep blocking/attacking his ideas and facts from all angles instead of being neutral it’s so obvious, aside that I also notice how other news channels are conducting town hall meetings for the presidential candidate but some how TVC News seems not to do much coverages about the coming presidential election, I have never seen any presidential candidate on TVC News, this is one of my favorite channels when it comes to accurate news coverage with unbiased views but now I don’t even know what’s happening again…… Yeah, as I saw your post, I quickly change the channel to tvc and I think he's intelligent But the truth is, he can't win sanwo olu |

Thinkam: The conversation is presidency, with subsidy removal, it's the directives of FG that matters... As long as we practice this type of government, the presidency f-ing matters.. Yes, you right. But then, Governors and Senates are closer to me and then, they have more powers than the president if you don't know |
Politics › Re: Presidential Aspirants On Fuel Subsidy by Sammy07(op): 9:13am On Jan 09, 2023 |
Thinkam: The only question on your mind should be among them all, who would be trusted and capable to give a damn about ordinary Nigerians when its removed? ..
I think we will all that the APC can't, judging by their past years, and also Tinubu is a tax officer, he won't care..
So that naturally leaves us with Atiku... I don't actually give a damn about presidency shit. I'm not too much interested in Presidency. But very much interested esp in Those thieves elected as Governors (of my state) and House of Representatives including the rubber stamps at the Senate.(of my state) |

The only thing the masses are currently enjoying na Oil subsidy and Education Subsidy.
Very soon they'll remove subsidy on education, students will be paying 600k+ on Outdated curriculum, stagnant economy and zero job opportunities |
Politics › Presidential Aspirants On Fuel Subsidy by Sammy07(op): 8:33am On Jan 09, 2023 |
They all agreed that they will remove it (Oil subsidy).
Actually, I beg to differ. It will make cost of things rise.
Why will you guys remove oil subsidy with this kind of Economy?
Why will you guys remove oil subsidy with this Minimum Wage?
Why will you guys remove oil subsidy when we don't have any functional refinery? And dangote we all hope on we don't know when he'll complete his (1 refinery isn't even enough for us)
Currently, Oil is sold for 180 - 270 (in SW), once subsidy is removed, I'm damn sure, we'll be buying it #400, #500.
Once subsidy is removed, PMS will be chasing Gas and Kerosene in price wey 1L/Kg is currently 800+
In my Opinion, Government should make the refineries work and stop this monopoly nonsense.
Mynd44, your opinion? |

The state allocation ko when last have you heard his Commissioners speak? They can not influence anything. They are just their receiving stipend at the end of the month. Paulheyman: 1) is one man's dream enough to divide Yorubas? 2) if there is an attack on any Yoruba village will Yoruba Muslims be willing to fight alongside Yoruba christians to protect the Yoruba territorial integrity considering that Muslim-Muslim ticket have been considered a jihad by Islamic fundamentalist/extremist? 3) The APC ticket came as a trojan gift: should Yorubas accept it and perish? 4) Yoruba christians have been victims of perpetual attack to the extent of a church being attacked. Are the christian Yorubas now the enemies of Muslim Yorubas? The APC have dealt a heavy blow on the much cherished Yoruba brotherhood 5) with the attitude of Jagaban towards the murder of the late Afenifere leader's daughter, will he protect the Yoruba interest if such a situation (killings) becomes rampant considering his quest to always align with the northern Muslims? - president Obasanjo comes to mind 6) According to Abdulmutallab Mohammed Auwal, who has charged Muslims to consider the APC ticket as a jihad i.e showing the supremacy of Islam over Christianity. Right before their eyes (Yoruba christians) their very own brothers (Yoruba Muslims) have been charged to either consider Christianity as an infidel and inferior religion that's Yoruba christians and their children all of a sudden are now infidels and inferior thus, death must be visited upon all infidels according to Islam. Is voting for APC enough for Yorubas to partake in the death of his own blood brothers? 7) must the Yorubas kill or sacrifice their own for the north to vote them? 8 ) With Fulani cattle breeders, MURIC and all other islamic extremist already exploiting the Muslim-muslim ticket, are the Yoruba christians safe? . 1. NO 2. Nonsense, it made me doubt your Yorubaness, the attack on igboho was it only ChristianS that fought? What can you say about the ife modakeke fight (majorly Christian community ) or Ikare akoko fight (majorly Muslim community 3. Did Yoruba perish with Awolowo Christan - Christian ticket? Did Ondo or Ekiti perish with Christan - Christian ticket? 4. The rituals killing that as been happening, na Yoruba Muslims cause am or Yoruba Christian? 5. Dunno , Osinbajo a Christian, we don't see his usefulness 6. Stop believing in rubbish 7. Nope 8. Maybe, Were Yoruba Christians safe under Osinbajo? Were Yoruba Christians safe under Good luck ? Were Yoruba Christians safe under Obasanjo? You fit lie oo, we go bring everything out from the internet. Lastly, thinking we're (Yorubas ) divided through religion is a figment of your imagination.. Some sha, but majority ain't. Moreover, I thought Buhari is gonna Islamize everyone since 2015. I'm still waiting for my Muslim name. Maybe Abdul Samuel Vote for whoever you want, everyone can't have the same wish I want to ask you something! You common trader or market woman will be praying make dollars come down.
