femi4real, i dey laugh. a whole honorable minister of the federal
republic of Nigeria for over two months made a statement in both print
and electronic media that his agency have created a recruitment portal
to harmonized recruitment and up till date, the site is not functional. i
ask you who is a bigger liar among us? we innocently provide infor to
aid those that need it. any infor i post here is not from an agent, becos i have grown beyond that.

Phil & yota happy Sunday. my brother yota am not referring to you,
those that came out to condemned our infor of recruitment advert knows
themselves, what will i gain by discouraging people from getting their
name enlisted, my essence of giving out infor is to aid people in
getting enlisted and not to fall victims to scammers and to keep a good
relationship with genuine agent.what ever level of under G going on,
people are being very careful. i have always said before that people
should continue with their genuine agent as advert is mere formality for
due process. @ adadgreat, my sister, you are on point, why the sudden
disappearance of your infor. u're right, the delay is due to the firm
they gave the contract for the recruitment portal. that is what happen when ones gives contract to cronies and godfathers. i don't need to start mentioning names. God help everyone., soon it shall be testimony time.

people said list will be out this week? nobody is claiming monopoly of
contact or connection here, but the way some people speak, discourages one's from making effort or giving out infor.

dear brothers and sisters, i feel everyone's pain of endless waiting
and expectation. i wish it is in my power to effect positive change in
our govt policies and system. i personally meet with the director/sect
of the board and he said the delay is due to the inability of the
company awarded the contract of the recruitment portal to deliver, as
they can not adverse without the portal working. well we have waited this long, so i plead wit all to trust in the lord, soon things will happen for Good and it will favour all that trust in him.

happy weekend to all, the honourable minister of interior will be on AIT program 90 minutes by 12:30 pm today, is a phone in program, so phone inn and ask questions concerning recruitment and get first hand infor.

my fone went off, and all candidates asked to come with their
originals. induction comes at the end of training, when one is taking
oath of allegiance. lets keep our nervous down and keep praying for God
favour when it kick start. @ calco for prison i can't say yes for now
but immigration and fire service is capital YES.

pressure for us, there is no such thing going on in immigration,
documentation comes after list have been released

to all, as earlier said, the presidency will always have their ways,
with the appointment of the CG, all seven deputy controller general and
all senior assistant controller general to Mr David paranga will be forcefully retired from
service, good omen for some people . i will advice all to intensify our
contacts. God help all.

new month to all, is a month of testimonies to all. well guys, the web
portal have not been officially launch, they are still thinking of
either commission a consultant to sell scratch card thro any of the
bank or not, the two proposal and modalities was sent to federal
character commission for approval today. once approved, it will kick
off. which i believed will not exceed next week, the bad news, civil
defence for now will not be doing regular recruitment, but for
replacement i can't give authoritative statement for now, so if any
agent is promising regular recruitment na story. so when applying choose
btw either immigration or fire service. any new development will be communicated.

@rom1, morning. actually i dnt have much about custom, but they are presently doing something concerning recruitment, as one of my friend submitted a note to there CG abi a month ago.

the Acting CG do not have power to request for recruitment from the
head of service, but the regular recruitment we are talking of have been
approved and fund released to the ministry of interior since last year,
if not for the crisis, intake would have gotten their pay since march
2013. secondly, the acting CG is due for retirement since April, the
ministry do not have power to appoint substantive CG. only the
presidency. thirdly, the anointed candidate of the presidency is a far
junior, so if he is appointed, many senior ACG will be forcefully
retired, so the issues is another ball game, that may even delay the
appointment till next year. if the minister decide to released the list
today, will acting CG say no. the director/sect. of the board that sign
appointment letters is answerable to the minister. so let everyone continue to pray for God favour at the end of the whole drama.

@yota, yes, once launch, it will be the official recruitment portal for all the paramilitary agency under interior. that is the minister statement. Google Nigeria tribune the full story is there.

unikazzy, thanks for bringing these to the house, at least it vindicate
those calling us names, when i said every tie to the minister desk,
this is one of it, nobody should crucified unikazzy as the story is in
Nigeria tribune too. but guess what the portal have not been launched.
this was same portal i posted since February and there have been foot
draging. thank God that the minister have commit himself by making
public statement and hope it come life on air soon.

what i mean is that recruitment was part of the meeting agenda, but he
step it down before the meeting commence. i did not say he cancel or
suspend recruitment. replacement is not going on in immigration, if you
are talking of list, then is the list they have before the scandal,
which they have been updating. they can not be replacement, when they
have gotten an approved waiver from head of service for regular recruitment.

wkend to all, well, people said is thread of speculation, but one thing
is that most people don't understand the bureaucracy in most of our
govt offices. that is what is presently playing out in the ministry of
interior. the whole issues of delay, change of date, shift is all in the
desk of the minister and is all becos of there differences in agreement
in terms of slot with the senate. just yesterday, he step down
recruitment agenda in their meeting, the issues of substantive CG is
not an issue, becos even the CG do not have the power to recruit senior
cadre. that is why application are address to the director/sect. of the
board. if so why is fire service not commence there own recruitment.
lets just all keep praying for quicker resolution of issues b/w the
power players. for sure immigration and fire service will definitely
recruit for they have gotten waiver. for story of replacement is only
prison service that did. for civil defence, soon the issues will be
resolved as the CG have made some positive respond to the senate
request. but the gospel truth about immigration is that if the minister settle immicabely, accept the senate request, existing list will be released along with there candidate and that will be end of story, becos nobody to run to. it recently happen in road safety. so the delay could be to our favour. remain blessed.

he is right. immigration are going to recruit over 4000, senior cadre
is 1560. for civil defence, the FCT commander was on radio this morning
and he said no recruitment or replacement going on now. hope that cleared some of the story story of agent. for immigration cool temper, the bell will soon ring.

fellow naija, concerning civil defence is prayer that the house need,m
becos the crisis there is yet to be resolved, any agent giving you story
is only buying time. for senate probe, forget demi jare. road safety
just release a list and na same senate wey dey probe na dem dominate the
whole candidate list. i mean na only there candidate get the job and we
are here talking of probe. even the immigration, na sharing formula for
senate na him dey delay the show till date. becos the slot they are asking of is outrageous may God bail us out. .

the delay, i was tied down with my exam. for civil defence, my brother
nothing is happening, the crisis with the last recruitment have not been
solve, the CG is still battling with the board concerning there levels
and salary. becos he over shot he target and the board is not happy with
him, will give you a call for more details tomorrow. concerning
immigration they are going to place advert, before calling for exam, the delay is ministerial directive they are waiting for and hopefully next week. the advert will be for immigration and fire service

pardon me, if i have wrong anybody. anyway amalision have said it all,
that is exactly the situation presently. any further update will be
after Easter. the former board director actually sign some appointment
letters last year before his transfer for both immigration, civil and
some fire service, that was why, when the minister announced the
cancellation, he said all appointment letters documentation stand
cancelled too, some agent sneak some of such letters before the new
director fro min of justice assume duty. some candidate landed
themselves and there agent in trouble when they attempted doing
documentation at sauka immigration head quarter, they were nabed, so we
should be careful, patient not to fall into such trap by agent, once
they commence we will all know. this new director have not sign any
appointment letter for now, he only have a list compile for immigration.which is still subject to change especially senior cadre, wit more request by politician.

is an applicant, seeking for job, go thro all my post on the forum, i
only pass information i deem fit that will help my fellow graduate, not
to fall victims of dubious agent. for your information am not unemployed
and this will be my last post on this forum. go to naijahotjob and you
will see how i have assisted people in my capacity, some pple in this
house have ask of my phone number which i gave and nobody will say i
have demanded money from. my intention was to help with information to

baffle me so much about this thread is that nobody in this thread have
come out and said i collected appointment letter or did documentation,
it is always MY FRIEND! does it mean every member here is not connected,
blessed, favour or rather cause? there is nothing u will gain by lieing
or bringing confusion to the house. just today, civil defence commence screening of all staff, with biometric capture of all staff, in Abj at the state command headquarters zone 5.

because you want to go and summit form at civil def office. is same
you, that was just asking how to apply for the job two week ago, where
you were asking of civil service form and summing in stat of origin and
people help out by telling you, that civil service form has nothing to
do with para military recruitment. today you call people slowpoke becos one
agent just interested in your money, have made promise to you. that same civil def job, i rejected it in Oct last year, becos is level 07. please learn how to be more matured and diplomatic.

amalision gdmrn, the advert is for immigration, for now, they a the
only one that have waiver for recruitment from the head of service. i
actually saw the memo myself. for civil defence, all they have be doing
is replacement. that came up, becos when the min of finance ask for
biodata of staff, for e- payment they vould not defend their staff
strength, (ghost worker) so they had to hurriedly do cover up, the CG is
presently under fire, he might even be removed. if you have trusted
agent continue pressurizing him, becos the advert is formality to show
transparency. a list already exist. due tentative, becos adjustment is still on. God help us all.
