I did not pay school fees, just the 500Cad deposit fee and I also attached the payment slip in my application

I was refused this night. My sponsor is my mom I only showed her Bank statement 11m in current and savings account then 10m in fixed deposit. I used my Mother’s business as prove of employment that I work for her, I didn’t include my own bank statement. My program is a one year post graduate diploma program fees is 10750. I finished my BSC in 2018 and served in 2019. I’m not married and i just clocked 28yrs last month. Please what should I do because I need to reapply as my program starts in September.

Please Gurus in the house help me out, I just turned 28yrs last month. I graduated 2018 and did my Nysc 2019. I have been assisting my mom who’s my sponsor in her business ever since graduation which is in IMO state but I relocated to Abuja last year but I don’t have official employment and I have been using my Abuja address in all application (school application and upfront medicals). Now my question is how do I go about employment history for the past one year but I have a friend who has a business Registration and he’s willing to stand as my employer but his business dose no long have a physical address as it has been occupied by someone else because he has relocated to the UK for studies too. Should I still go ahead to use him as my employer or what should I do ?

Yes you can, if you scroll up a little you’ll see my PPR testimony. My mum is my sponsor and I actually applied using her business receipts because her business isn’t registered. Just get a lot of her receipts and scan them (I did about 50-60 receipts, from about a year ago at least) and I made sure to explain her business in my SOP but I didn’t mention if it’s registered or not. Backed it up with her DOB, pictures of us together and a letter of financial support from her. I also made sure to use receipts with big payments like 600k-1m+.

I was in this situation when I applied for my student visa last year. My sponsor Business wasn’t registered, we went to register the business which was done within a week, then I applied. It was stated it in my sponsor letter that the business as been in existence for over 15 years thou it was registered recently, I backed it up with sales and purchased receipt of 12, 10,5, 3 years ago plus recent receipts too

I’m thinking of applying with just sales receipt and pictures of my sponsor in her store but don’t know if that would make sense to the VO.
Also did you get your PPR ?

Gurus in the house should please help me answer this, I’m applying for student visa done my upfront medicals. My sponsor is my Mom but her business is not registered, is there a way to convince the VO on this since she doesn’t have CAC and she can’t register the business now because it would be obvious that it because of the visa application because the registration date would reflect on the CAC or can a backdate be done on CAC

Please I need help the photo shows the requirement for NSE from IRCC website about IELTS but this are my scores: Listening 5.5, Reading 5.0, Writing 6.5, Speaking 7.0 and overall band 6.0. So my question is should i still go ahead an apply with this IELTS to see if I would qualify for the NSE or apply without the IELTS through the regular route since I didn’t get up 6.0 in each of the skills
