Duties:
RESEARCH - Investigate, analyze and document reported defects.
Create and maintain technical documentation using defined technical documentation templates.
Create, document, and implement unit test plans, scripts, and test harnesses. Produce user documentation for users.Research, design and write new software programs.

TEST & IMPLEMENTATION - Use source debuggers and visual development environments. Test new programs and fault finding. Create technical specifications and test plans.

REVIEW - Perform maintenance programming and correction of identified defects. Write code to create and maintain user interface event driven applications, either stand-alone or web based.Evaluate the software and systems that make computers and hardware work.

Qualifications:
B.SC/B.Tech/B.Eng or M.SC in Computer science, Computer Engineering and other Related Discipline

Requirements
Should be a team player
With 8 - 10 years work experience

It was ex gov amaechi and the APC governors that took the former government of gej to court over the withholding of the saved funds for rainy day which the court compelled the government to disbursed as at that time.

The government need to understated that the world is focusing and putting all their resources in Knowledge base just like what the German did back in the days that got them to where the are now "Economic power". Investing in Knowledge based will help develop our medical sector, industrial and Technology sectors providing effective man power which eliminates unemployment and poverty in the nation.

Looking back i recalled crude oil was sold above 100$ per barrel and rather for them to save for the raining days they decided to spend and loot more from the nation's foreign reserve which the generation unborn will never forgive our generation for in the next 20 to 50 years.
