Wel,the truth is this,poly graduates are practically incline with basic technical knwledge.It's adviseabl that HND graduates must tk a compulsary post graduate diploma to qualify them 4 any further education.I knw of lecturers who had HND with post graduate diploma.Do likewise and u wil gain prominence whneva the advert s placed.
