Building skyscrapers in Europe stagnant economy is more economic viable that building in any african state or even China..wonder no more why China has alot of abadoned tower..it because she is still a developing country and China keeps building this tower to make them feel like they are in par with the developed world... I think it has to do with culture, choice,some architectural and historical monument that would be blocked and covered with this tall buildings making it look less significant as all attention will be drawn to this tall buildings..

There is this new tower that is expected to be coming into London soon(next year)..it's called tulip tower(it looks like a giant sperm)...it is expected to stand at 305m(1,000ft)...do you know that for more than 8 years developers has been seeking approval for this iconic building and still I don't think that building has been approved..
