The question should be, DO YOU KNOW THE MEANING OF LIGHT RAIL?....YOU can simply call light rail a city train/metro which commute people within a city.. that is why you see the seats built to face eachother with a part created at the centre for standing just as it is in a brt bus...it is built that way cause it is a quick ride...The one you are talking about is called an Sgr (standard gauge rail)which is used to move people between far distances hence a more comfortable and relaxing seat pattern..for instance lagos-ibadan, lagos-abeokuta, Abuja-kaduna, lagos-calabar...
