The Lekki I checked around Alaro city is a forest - of magrooves. Nairobi Metro is expanding - which is one it only city in Africa that is expanding with Asian cities. Nigeria after oil crash - is just getting by- you have no money to build anything serious.

The real is just for passengers that is the main consignment I don't think it can carry goods.
