Are you looking into investing into landed property and you are scared. Why not try getting a land around FUNAAB-ALABATA axis, that's around the Federal university of Agriculture,Abeokuta. It may interest you and of course surprise you that FUNAAB is Nigeria's second largest university by landmass, that's how it has self-sufficient land FUNAAB being the best Agricultural institution and one of the best institution in Nigeria has experienced a large no of student applying to be part of the great citadel of learning. An estimation shows that largely 80% of students live off campus while less than 20% of Students stay in school hostels .Real Estate around FUNAAB and Environs receives a significant surge day by day.The school's off campus has tremendously seen sporadic development in terms of development of World class school hostels, modern shops, classic boutiques etc even considering that it was a village before the school was established there. A plot of Land around Funaab now could sell for half a million around Harmony Estate, the closest arena to the school and one of the fastest developing area around Funaab-Alabata Axis The hot Cake is,if you buy a land now,in less than 5 yrs, price could double,if you want to Sell it out. It's a fast developing area Secondly, getting your land in a Student area, providing accommodation by building off campus hostels could help you rake in big profit. Thirdly, you surely know that the youths rule the world now,so if you're acquiring your land for building a hotel, a viewing centre, supermarket, mall, Eatery etc,Funaabites are there to give you a run for your money.Funaab and it's environment is majorly dominated by students plus the university is expanding it's infrastructure to increase its admission capacity, so start thinking of that business that would thrive there Lastly,Real Estate owners now redefine and shape the way Real Estate is, by introducing modern houses which showcase beauty, class and modern facilities. You should probably checkout, Green view hostels, Camal castle,Rochesta lodge,Careem castle etc. You'll surely get stunned at the extent Real Estate has gone around this Side. Why not get a Landed property at Funaab-Alabata or buy hostels at Affordable prices before it gets too late Call 07030394506 Whatsapp 07089452700 |
jaycent:just leave that kenyan jobless guy called tyrant and RIP to their chains Nairobi is very backward to Abuja, except that Abuja isnt yet an economic city, but believe me,its really gearing towards that cc samorobo |
rvp2018:you and your brother saying similar things show youve run out of content. Youve lost it,you worthless slum dweller |
jaycent:No city in Africa, i repeat,no city in Africa can match Abuja's Excessively wide roads with Anesthetics Its Vegetation and greeneries It luxurious and Porsche Buildings Its Side walks, every road in Abuja has side walks, which is expected of a modern city. Abuja is very green And i want to say again,Abuja is the only planned African city. Reason why it's roads are in par with that of Europe. I must say,Abuja needs more investment, in order to make it busy and then boost its Economy |
68816419:just see how those places are underdeveloped, what a shame I have said that the entire Nairobi Cbd is just about 1% of Nairobi landmass |
rvp20183:what are you prooving with the pics Youre only showcasing your horticulture and nothing more You need to know what a city is and not that tiny CBD town |

samorobo:its the greater PH city,an entirely planned city project to be a central city for PH,but politics is slowing its progress. That is how a city develops Those projects will start bringing hope to those areas. Many developers would want to start investing around those places.Meaning the ugly buildings will start turning into high rises. let me ask you,how on earth can a city like nairobi with only its CBD measure with Lagos everywhere keeps getting modernized. The new lagos buses i think has started,do you have any pics or do you know if they have started. I tell you Lagos only needs to clear the yellow buse sign another business deal on waste mangement and continue upgrading its infrastructure. I dont see lagos competing with any city in Africa but for european and middle east cities sincerely Lagos is madly developed when you see what is obtainable in most african cities Nairobi is like a town, compared to Lagos Accra is like a village compared to lagos Mombasa and Kumasi are like thick forests compared to lagos |
68816419:the ph light rail could be seen, arocket science for nnairobi Ph city is 1000 * ahead of mombasa, kisumu, eldoret combined When compare the busy life of PH city with its heavy infrastructure like wide roads, bridges, top class hotels, glittering buildings, greenery and aesthetics, you would rank all kenyan cities as town beside PH except for only nairobi cbd PH city centre will wear a new look after the new city project and the city rail u/c etc the city gets more aesthetics everyday Look at lagos and the islands that were created few decades ago, building construction springs up everywhere.you have a big pride as a lagosian when you vist the mainland now. See how crazily developed oshodi and ikeja is with modern infrastructure, places that cnn's richard quest came to film to disgrace us. Theres a touch of iconic projects in lagos now, bridges are now done according to modern achitecture and arts like the ajah and jubilee bridge. My point is,how on earth will an inferior nairobi want to have something to compare with lagos.Nairobi is so rural compared to lagos urbanity, infrastructure, luxury, tech and advancement How will mombasa cope with PH citys urbanization, aesthetics and infrastructure. Cities like Benin, jos, kano,IB have in existence before kenyans dreamt of having anything city |
tylann:Liar as usual run back to your home on NL I'm waiting for you |
