rvp2018:Jesus Inferior Kenyan. See bonny island, PH city I won't compare that road to Abuja roads or the Lekki road. What's special to count. Come out of the dust and leave your shithole |
rvp2018:That's your regular noise, two towers per decade. EAC is 40% completed, with more than 5 towers now. I know towers is what you gives you guyz pride. No wonder you can't build cities that slums are popping every corner Ain't you tired of that verse The whole island with it's development is still undergoing massive construction simultaneously. So you think Lagos will be constructing only towers and city and call that development. If you tell me Nairobi has 15 business districts, i will tell you Lagos has hundreds because virtually everywhere in the mainland has a thriving city with a huge business atmosphere. Nairibi will suffer hardly to compete with Lagos. We don't fold our hands and build cities only. Nairobi is a scam if a city |
rvp2018:And yet kenya and Nairobi are darker than coal. How can a city on this 24th century lack basic infrastructure throughout its city like Proper drainage systems proper sewer systems, street lights and side walks etc How can a city lack any planned community in this modern century How can a city run into massive water shortages in this era Settle all this before you can compare with Dar,Addis,Kigali, Kampala. Those cities are light years ahead of Nairobi. Nairobi can only boast of few tall buildings due to FDI and White settlers. You have nothing |
Ghanians and kenyans will have to hate this city or die totally of jealousy. If you Kenyans are not contempted,go look for a transforner to hug ![]()
|
Kazikazi:This city lectures Kenya on anything city. It trains kenya how to develop bus systems and how to manage urbanization ![]() |
tylann:The last time i checked, you're having about 66 total areas mounting up to be slums and a fast rising slum again. How can a country employ a foreigner to Manage its Airport. How can a country use its biggest port for loans, they are coming for your useless port How can shitty country like this import manual labourers for manual jobs How can a country not stand up to take responsibility for its issues. Same way we showed you map showing Kenya being as dark as a thick forest and you made lame filthy excuse. We've shown you Lagos development by landmass, how you've failed in having a snart city. What else can you offer, what else is left for you. You've found refuge on nairaland that you almost sleep here 24/7.Nigeria gives you sleepless night that you can't even get over anything Nigeria. Tell me what you have to offer Nigeria. You're surely one of the 40% jobless kenyan according to sources. But how can the most industrialized city of a country have 40% unemployment rate. Meaning Mombasa will be 60% Kisumu will be 85% ![]() ![]() What a shithole you live in |
68816419:All African countries will be disgraced that they will rather have to depend on Nigeria. Nigeria will take ten steps ahead of any African country when its through. Nigeria is so important that e-warriors from Kenya, Zimbabwe, Ghana,S.Africa come to our very own largest forum in Africa to challenge us; D ![]() All of them bring their shithole cities to compare with Lagos, Abuja,PH Lagos is already getting it right. Nigeria will fix its power, housing, road,Water issues to be on track to compete with the countries like Singapore,Brazil,Malaysia,India that displaced it. Go Go Nigeria You kenyans,Ghanians,S.Africans should continue to bring traffic to Nairaland because you're even one way or the other boosting our Economy. One day you will create your own forums |
tylann:You're a worthless Kenyan from the heart of your slums. If i resoundingly slap you, your brain will reset back to factory mode. You shameless filthy worthless black Kenyan. You want to lie that you were not cowardly put yourself in the argument |
Jonraid:I'll totally school you from the basics to the core of what a smart city is and the expected infrastructure of a smart city. I'll teach you without any tuition fee ![]() First settle transportation, Advance security, building world class cities and investing more on Nairobi-an youth like Lagos and then Nairobi will sophisticated for tech before you now dream of a smart city. Learn from lagos ICT training for the youths:CODE LAGOS Note:Don't think of applying because its strictly for Lagosians ![]() ![]() |

abbeg:see a Ghanian saying olodo. Later they will say Nigeria hasn't tactically colonized them. Its normal for Ghanaians to boast unnecessarily, lets face the kibera-mathare dwellers |
tylann RVP2018 jonraid You guyz can only rant ruthlessly and it wont Change the fact that A new fast rising slum is springing up in the said Nairobi metro Korogocho, kintengela, mathare, kibera are still among 66 areas of Nairobi slum. How can kenya even think of Smart city when virtually the whole of central Nairobi is unplanned with limited sources of water for the city. Just BRT looks like rocket science, not even talking of advanced public systems, traffic and disaster management and yet you want to claim smart city. All the small cities like orange island, diamond island, grace field Phoenix etc all have the needed infrastructure for a smart city. Think of anything, Lagos is already making or as already made waves long ago. Vaxx just30 You guyz shouldn't even be present when they talk smart cities because you are largely uninformed about anything smart city. But don't worry Accra is the smartest and most developed African city; D Kumasi is the most richest African city by GDP while Tema on the other hand is Africas industrial hub ![]() ![]() You guyz should develop your city to compete with Africa's largest city. Africa's biggest city by GDP. Let the ranting continue, LAGOS IS MADLY ON STEROID TO SET THE PACE FOR AFRICAN CITIES ![]() |
Jonraid:If i tell you what lagos has achieved and is planning to achieve, you will be marvelled. A city can be smart but not a smart city without entirely having a city that conforms with all basic infrastructure. Talk of Lagos using technology for its security, see its transport systems, its plan to start using tech to curtail traffic, its electronic waste management system( failed due to poor MOU between the government and the firm),its plans to build new world class cities in its cities, its technology arenas, its smart security systems, its disaster management, and other plans like making sure the state has an independent power. Those are few things that entails for a smart city but will only be a dream without building the city from scratch. A city that wants to be referred to as smart should at least have an entirely planned smart city from scratch |
Just30:Ok ![]() I cant stop laughing, this coming from a Ghanian ![]() ![]() Let me help you to hype it.Accra is most developed city ![]() ![]() ![]() |
kenyans can only dream if having a smart like EAC Kenya and Nairobi lacks the funding if Even developing banana island. Watch as my kenyan brother begins to rant two tower, when the EAC is already 40% completed. Soon Africa's tallest building maybe 72 or 77 will be constructed. My kenyans should just run along into mathare or kibera slums Hahahaha ![]() ![]() |
Just30:I'm surprised that you are not still boasting about Accra village |
I cant be believe there many illiterates like this on thus forum. Imagine a kenyan claiming Nairobi is a smart city Ghanians claiming that Accra is smart. No City in Africa has any smart city except for EAC and other cities under construction around Africa Kenyans like tylann tlann are cowards |
Just30:INTRODUCTION Nature has always bestowed humanity worth unlimited opportunities to shape his surroundings and the world generally. From the oceans to the mountains and from the canyons to the reeds, mankind has faced and surmounted nature's challenging obstacles. All over the world, picturesque cities have been built on mountains and railway tunnels have been constructed underwater to link destinations.where some mere mortals see obstacles, men of courage and vision see opportunities and flexibility.Such is the story of Eko Atlantic City. Quick recap: Since 2013, there have been an aggressive land reclamation project along the Bar Beach coastline called Eko Atlantic City which is now at the final stage. At completion,Eko Atlantic City will be sitting on about 10kms(4 square miles) of land. This is an area located just adjacent to Victoria Island by the Lagos Bar Beach. It will be comparable to the Manhattan District of New York as the developers disclosed. The area will be approximately the size of the district which boasts some of the world's tallest sky-scrappers.Eko Atlantic City will even be larger than a handful of beautiful Island countries. Developers said it will be world-class housing projects and residential towers. It is also expected that 150,000 will commute to the city daily for business. This is approximately half the population of a couple of states in the USA and more than the population of several island counties in the world. Some credits goes to HezronLorraine Most of the images can be found here http://www.ekoatlantic.com/media/image-gallery[/quote]I know. Ghanians are always better than Nigeria by mere mouth. I begin to give up on you and your brother when you said Ghana has a smart city. I'm not amazed,Ghana isn't worth the argument but its just for the sake of it. A smart city uses modern technology to solve every of its problem Traffic Transportation A smart city attracts business, technology, tourism A smart city respects the Environment by laying down a reasonable % of its lavnd mass for Greeneries A smart uses modern security infrastructure to handle security problems A smart city has a central sewage system It uses clean and renewable energy for Powering up its city It has a single central water system It has world class modern transport systems like Tram, light rail, cable car, efficient bus systems,Water transport systems. it uses fibre optic cable to convey information Note: A smart city majors on technology throughout its city Etc I have schooled you for free since you compare your Ghanian village with EAC. EAC already has a functioning water system, completed its energy estate and other basic infrastructures etc I wont be surprised if you still rant that Accra is better than PH,its what you're known for Read and don't be left in the stone age INTRODUCTION Nature has always bestowed humanity worth unlimited opportunities to shape his surroundings and the world generally. Just30:Jesus ![]() ![]() ![]() What kind of Education did you receive. You Ghanaians never cease to amaze me. First,it seems you are uninformed about what a smart city is.Go and Educate yourself about smart city before we continue. Read and checkout the features of a smart city before and compare with any Nigerian smart city and tell me if any Ghanian slumpolis has anything close to that no African city has an entirely planned smart city, except for cities like , Kigali, Lagos, Abuja etc already making giant strides. The EAC is the most capital intensive and advanced smart city on the continent, already making tremendous progress. How can any Ghanian village even be smart for crying out loud Now tell me which Ghanian city has a smart city project like Abuja technology village and not even centenary smart city Abuja. Tell me which Ghanian city is smarter than Greater Port Harcourt. Why haven't you found an answer to debunk my claim. Why is the developed part of Accra 69km.Even Borno city self will be bigger than that. Ain't you guyz ashamed of boasting unnecessarily. Lagos alone is constructing 3 smart cities and not minding othet snallet cities Eko Atlantic city IMPERIAL international business city Lekki smart city Now tell me why Accra's city centre is 69km |
vaxx:Jesus ![]() What a filthy and lame statement. I'm disappointed you stoop so low to say this |
city of los Angeles celebrates Africa's super star actress
Omotola Jolade |
Jonraid:You guyz shout Nairobi and Mombasa is developed. Check my posts to see the league your cities belong. So don't you know that a developed city should have a very wide central area in landmass Masturbate over Nairobis poor development |
Just30:My Friend, don't be shameless to talk of Accra when we talk cities PH central area is 369km Lagos 1,171km Uyo is 362km Abuja is 1,769km Accra 60km You can see that Ghana's village is below the pecking order.Uyo city is light years ahead of Accra in development. Ghana's Accra shouldn't be brought in when there's city in comparison I will just only show you PH city vs Accra. You can go to search my last posts to see everything in full. Its beyond just glorifying arguements with mouth
|
rvp2018:i wont put your total 66 places of slums as urban. Should continue to school you on your slums. Largely of central Nairobi has Exclusive places for foreign settlers with their architectural designs. Apart from Old CBD,Westland, upper hills. The rest of Nairobi is shanty |
rvp2018:Ignoramus Kenyan Not Lagos city The whole lagos as a whole has about 80% urban land mass and not just the island. You're scared of believing that. So you mean Nairobi metro is 100% urban,i bet that even Nairobi metro is about maybe 60 or 70 % when we calculate the developed part of the city like mathare, kintengela, kibera, korogocho and other world class slums etcNairobi central is like CBD ....... forest....... SLUMS.............................................. Few developed places like Westland,Upper hill ............. White Estates...... SLUMS............... SLUMS..............Karen Estate....... See how you have about 4 of the worlds biggest slums in your central area coupled with other 66 minor slum areas and you claim fallaciously that Nairobi metro is 100% urban most European settlers and other whites reside in Karen, Langata , Lavington , Gigiri, Muthaiga, Brookside, Spring Valley, Loresho, Kilimani, Kileleshwa, Hurlingham, Runda, Kitisuru, Nyari, Kyuna, Lower Kabete, Westlands , and Highridge .Black kenyans find it difficult to think of dreaming to live here.I bet that you and other kenyan e-wars live in the slums Watch films like "the constant gardener" and see how blessed kenya is with slums |
rvp2018:You know nothing Lagos is Africa's largest city being one of the most smallest in size.Havent you asked yourself why Lagos is the most urbanized African city. Every area in Lagos is bustling I tell you that there is no difference between a rural lagos and maybe a minor city in lagos because you will see the heavy presence of stuffs that make up a city like Filling stations, shops, roads with street lights and road signs, drainage systems Dont you know Nairobi is about 30% urban and the rest is ....... ![]() ![]() Read and Educate yourself about urbanization in Lagos Nairobi isn't worth the full standard of a city, quote me at any hour or time |
tlann2:tell me something. You mean ikeja is so developed and green that you claimed the pictures were cropped and photoshopped.Nairobi can never have another city like Ikeja. Before 2020 those doing useless rankings will be forced to label Lagos Africa's capital city. You will find any citizen of any country around the world in Lagos more than before Nairobi will soon add up to it's multiple luxurious slums. Don't go and fix that disastrous rural area you call city in Nairobi. No wonder your only hope of any project is ths erection of building by foreigners in your only hope ( CBD ) You have to fix many things apart from city before you come in par with Lagos like; Proper road network Town planning Efficient disaster and emergency management Efficient transport systems like:light rail, cable cars and adequate inter city buses before banning matatus. You can see how your big brothers are teaching you,by building Bus lanes for BRT Modernize your bus stops and create bus shelters. One foolish Kenyan said whats the need for creating a bus stop and bus terminal in Nairobi Invest heavily in Nairobi-ians so that any infrastructure wont be a waste to them Construct more roads together with street lights, side walks and bridges across the inner and low sub urbs of the whole county. Settle the issues of dry taps Make your other areas apart from the CBD to be a thriving area for businesses,so as to generate and boost Nairobi's poor IGR Make sure every of your parks have free WiFi Etc Then you can think of maybe comparing with Lagos |
rvp2018:You have no shame See how madly developed a low area is in lagos with street cameras, drainage systems, beautiful greeneries, well paved roads, traffic lights, bridges etc A fast new slum is rising in Nairobi and you are contempted. You better see how far ikeja is to the island.Every where develops to be a modern city due to urbanization, heavy infrastructural presence and government spending. Same can be said about other minor cities in Lagos. Stop comparing a town like Nairobi to an urbanized city like Lagos Lagos is over 75% urban |
rvp2018:Its when you've been severely dealt with that you rant like this. You've totally lost it Should i bring in Mombasa vs Uyo Because PH city displaces Mombasa too much |
rvp2018:After stating and showing you the most significant source you can ever think of,you're still telling me Nairobi metro is huge. Why is Nairobi 30% urban. This shows Nairobi is retrogressing. If youre building any tall building and you still have a fast growing developing slum. As we develop over thousands of cities, we developed the other suburbs of the mainland to meet up with the huge urbanization of the island Kazikazi as shown us another developing slum in Nairobi, set to displace the renowned kibera dlum ![]() It's obvious you're not fit to build new cities, talk less of developing the remaining Nairobi shanty landmass or even dreaming of developing 4 of the worlds biggest slums Do you see us making noise when Lagos was ranked 2nd cheapest city in the world for expatriates Let me show you Abuja
|
Kazikazi:Tell me more You're unleashing the real truth man ![]() |
rvp2018:Aren't you guyz tired of showing us this worthless city of yours. We are even tired of the regular views. Can't you try to impress yourselves by showcasing street levels. From your picture, why are those places far apart that you use forests to cover up for those empty places. No wonder the whole developed part of Nairobi isnt up to the island in Lagos.
