Abuja central area is 2twice bigger than Nairobi's 30% developed area,this isnt just a claim but a fact that I've provided from Google

Energy estate completed

Bring any Planned city in Nairobi or any under construction. What a shame,you dont have anything worthy to be called planned community. Your CBD roads are poorly planned, konza technopolis is abandoned due to corruption and you say EAC isn't progressing.

Kenya would never embark upon a big project that entails land reclamation from the sea.You're still backward to imagine such project if Nairobi were coastal.

Tell me the day whites begin to build cities for you and not just putting structures in a poorly planned arena

Covenant university's research output in one month doubled the one of whole of the last year.That's why its the best private university in Africa

The island of Lagos alone should be more larger than Abuja developed area but because in Abuja,there is a wide portion of land always respected for Land and coupled with Abuja's super roads.

Abuja central area is very wide.I bet if you see Abuja central area roads,you would know Lagos is a village to Abuja.
I expect Nairobi to have a meaningful developed portion but because the developed part is majorly the CBD.

So if we post pics of the island, don't think its an entire CBD
