Na like this them delay stipends regularly, sometimes 3months other times almost 4months no payment and many people owe debts,once Dem manage pay(maybe one or two months out of the 3 or 4 months owed) volunteers pay off Debts with almost all d money and are left with little or nothing to save from. But una think say d stipend dey come on time and them dey squander am so majority no fit save. Only those wey already get business,stay family house or northerners wey dey always do farm or into business nai d tin favor because dey already get wetin them dey do.. southerners nai suffer am pass,next time make una dey investigate something if people dey complain before concluding on their behalf.

I went to Delta State University and grew up in warri. Warri people are very accommodating, helpful and extremely nice to everyone. They say things they way they are, and share their happiness with anyone!
