Do you even know what an asset is let's start from there ? An asset is an item of property owned by a person or company, regarded as having value and available to meet debts, commitments, or legacies.

We have two types of assets intact 3 but the most common are Fixed assets and current asset.
Examples of fixed assets are vehicle, houses etc. Current assets include cash inventory etc.

So Mr man can you call a fixed asset like a house that you can sell in the next 5 years for almost twice the amount you built it a liability?
If you need any heavy bank loan or contract that house you call a liability can easily serve as collateral. Infact you can use that house as mortgage in any thing. Building a house is an investment if you don't know before know now. Whether you built it for business purpose like rent, hospitality etc or you built it for personal use, its still an investment you can fall back on or mortgage when needed.
Moreover makequickcash never said using the whole of 40 mil to do build house. He said using a fraction of it to invest in a fixed asset like a house and using the rest to do business. 5M can build you a 3 bedroom bungalow. Out of 40mil you have 35 mil left to do whatever you have with it.

Sorry to say do you even think any business can guarantee you 100% success rate? Excuse me its just 50:50. It can make or mar you.
Ask yourself once again is it wise of you to win 40mil today and pour everything into a current asset without having an iota of fixed asset on ground?
Ask yourself is there any guarantee that business you poured all your money into will end up being successful?

Infact if I was innobet that's the first thing I'll do. Buy your land, build your house and know that its a fixed asset that can cover you for life and use the rest to do any business or investment you want.
