Amalgamation documents is null and void, we are using the 1999 constitution and there is no clause for referendum in the 1999 constitution.

There is nothing like referendum in the Nigerian constitution...so your links are invalid. Those countries have referendum in their constitution. Anybody crying for agitation has committed treason

but d amalgamation document says referendum but in a different language......nd yeah before u say dat document is not our constitution .....remember dat d amalgamation document is d basis of how Nigeria was formed.....if this matter was presented before a fair nd just judge......a referendum will be awarded to d party clamouring for secession

A successionist group does not want to be part of a country, in every country whether your agitations are peaceful or not, it is called treason for saying you want to break up.

Dont mistake nationalist party for successionist groups.

some secessionist groups do in Scotland land for instance we have the SNP ( Scottish national party)
