Wizkid probably stole the song from the UK, like most people do (even a lot of the new Afrobeat beats sound like UK's house/garage beats and most of the tunes on pop charts have UK house/garage sound, hence Calvin Harris, soundboy, and naughty boy are running the music game right now and Europeans run the show on Billboard Hot 100) and Drake got it from him.
