Job Description
1. Develop and implement procedures for
key financial processes such as budget,
cash/ treasury management, internal
financial control and financial accounting
2, Preparation and timely provision of well
articulated periodic financial and
management accounts reports to aid and
guide management in investment and
decision making process.
3. Coordinate and implement approved
annual budgets to ensure financial control
and effectiveness.
4. Supervise the maintenance of daily
updates of all financial transactions within
the company operations.
5. Manage and coordinate all matters
relating to salary administration for the
entire company.
6. Manage and ensure timely remittance of
all governmental taxes to statutory
authorities.
7. Coordinate and supervise all purchase/
supply matters to ensure proper stock
control management.
8. Raising capital for the use of the
organization at the least cost
9. Ensuring effective utilization of such
capital
10. Investment and portfolio analysis to
ensure maximum returns on investment
11. Servicing debts and collection of
payment
12. Salary and Wages computation and
disbursement
