Low key. This is d most underrated challenge on this job. This is d first time someone is mentioning it here on this thread.
This is my biggest most feared challenge.
Because I have a soft belly and easily react to spicy food or contaminated food and water, I have fallen victim many times in my early days. Now my best friends are flagyl, loperamid and Imodium. I must have one in my car. I must say I abuse these drugs cos I can't be embarrassed again.

But if u don't mind using public toilets then malls, hotels and fast food restaurants are ur best bet. I map out the clean ones and know where to go if I am in Ikeja, Yaba, VI or Lekki.

If I ever have PTSD from this job it will be the tot of having a running stomach while on steering and I am far from my house.

Hi guys, please will camera capture my plate if I drive with this temporary inspection paper(expiry date is in 2 months). My road worthiness certificate expired today. I have paid for new one but failed the inspection. My mechanic is not available till Monday.
Can I drive around without being fined?

Is this business really profitable? My brother want to get a Nigeria used Corolla cost about 4.5m for me can 1 pay back his money in 2 years? His not adding any profit just the money he spend in getting the car for me. This dude has messed up my AC system. The compressor is now permanently engaged when the car on is on even though AC is off.

He wants to put a thermostat which makes me wonder what correlation they have.

Pureguard supports Dex III not DW1, honda said to use Dex III as a temporary substitute..

Bro, I don't use anything else o. I bought it last week for 13.5k at Berger, Abuja.

I also started buying at 8500. Is pure guard good too? I doubt it quality will be up total's MLVL.

I thought so too.. I've always topped my oil and I always use total mlvl, I don't compromise on the oil quality.. I'm not sure where I went wrong.

Good afternoon to all the car Gurus here.

I drive a 2008 honda (evil spirit 2 doors) and the current issue is that the car is not moving well on a high terrain. It does the same while on reverse gear. When I try to forcefully accelerate, the engine will want to go off. My mechanic advised that I should change the gear and I did. Unfortunately, the problem still persists after the gear replacement.

What could be the problem my dear gurus in the house?

How was the fuel consumption before returning the fan to factory setting? With fan running directly, my temperature gauge will reach half or a little high up. Ready to return to factory setting but most rewire around don't want to take the risk Can I have your number pls

I have been hearing torque converter here and there. My question is. When it’s bad, is it repairable or changeable?

If so, how expensive can it be and does the gear box needs to be removed too?

You see that knock sensor, as small as it is, it's one of the things that has given me nightmare in the past. If you can get the part number, of the previous one, it will make your work easier if not, you will test plenty types before you'll find the one that matches your vehicle. I tested more than 30 before I found the one that worked.

Anyway for the PCM relay, I'll advise you find a very competent rewire to help you check the whole module and confirm the status of things.

Good day Chief.

Clearing these codes won't help you in any way. Those codes came up because those faults needs to be fixed.

P0137- Your 02 Sensor is most likely dead, you need to get a replacement. Are you experiencing a high fuel consumption lately?

P0325- Your knock sensor is bad as well. You must be experiencing rough idling and stalling of engine/ low performance of engine when on motion. That's why your RPM is misbehaving

P0685- Your ecm/pcm power relay control circuit/open. You might need to inspect your starter relay and it's wiring. Are you experiencing a hard start?

P2185- Your engine coolant temperature sensor needs to be checked and changed if possible.

C1555- The fault is too advance for your OBD scanner that's why it brought out this code. But you might need to check you ABS first.

If you don't fix these issues, the codes will keep coming back no matter how much you clear them.
