Thanks boss. For now it's just the rear lights, the passenger side pointers and the headlight. My dashboard light is on but gear selector like P,R,N,D... are not displaying. Also my fuel and temperature sensor guage is not showing again my speedometer and RPM not showing as well. I inserted key and the immobilizer is not flashing the green light.

NB. Fuel guage is reading but speedometer stuck at 0 airbag will not go off.

All the helps I've been rendering drivers who needs helping in whatever way such as battery, jack or jump start cable, I actually got rewarded for them today. Alhamudullilahi.

Today that I'm off from work, make I hustle from 1 pm to 11Pm, last trip going to Chevron and hoping to meet up with bolt bonus conditions, so that I can start coming home since road for don free

It happened that 2 run girls I carry go one club for Ikoyi, changed destination to Chevron, as I was coming, I began to perceive the odour of a burnt rubber, asked these girls if they also perceive it, they said 'no', then I saw something like smoke because it was already to 11PM by then I was already on Awolowo road before that falomo roundabout.

Na so I parked and open door going towards my bonnet. Guess what I saw. Car was on fire around the headlight by the passenger side.

I wasn't aware that my attention was being called to the fire before I entered that Awolowo road because my windows were up.

immediately I saw the fire my mind just cut as no get fire extinguisher but I have 5 liter of water in my booth. Brought out the water and emptied it on the fire, by then I've quickly opened my bonnet. The fire no gree die even with the use of one of those small size extinguisher.


I thank God because one of the people telling me my car was on fire was a lady in security uniform and as she saw that we were trying to extinguish the fire, she quickly brought a bigger size of the fire extinguisher and quench the fire finally.

Imagine this had happened in a deserted area with no one to help. Person for rost inside car or loose the car to the fire.

Abeg can I still chop this bonus to settle some of my debt with them or I should just give up?

Once you accept your order, on the page as if you want to contact rider, there is a sign like palm to stop new request

In case you haven't gotten any response to this just take the car to your mechanic let them bring down the shocks then they will take it to jankara to fill. But if you're DIY then take it to jankara after bringing down take it to jankara those guys will approach you when you get there then tell them what you need

Such trips makes the business look really bad. If one does not carefully select trips and use destination trips efficiently, you will be stuck in one area a whole day, especially on Bolt and on weekends.Imagine moving from one corner of sangotedo village to the other, you just can't get out. Or from one hole in Agungi to the other

Did 3. 2 weeks ago I did 9 to chop bonus. Accepted request by 11.58PM, ended trip past 12, bolt just carried the trip forward to d following day. Since then, I no dey drag trip again

My car is attempting to send me on the way to bankruptcy...
It's from one issue to the other, my crime is to buy a 9ja used civic

The issue I'm currently having now is that my civic will just stop accelerating and won't rev beyond 2500 rpm while in motion. The first experience was on third mainland bridge while coming from ibadan. I managed it like that till I reached my location with great power loss, then after it cool down a little bit it was normal after I restarted the engine and it rev as it used to.

I didn't encounter anything like that again for few days then until yesterday while I was on a trip it did same thing. I have to manage it like that till I finished the trip because. Once it start the speedometer won't go beyond 40 and will diminish once the road is no a level ground. No matter how hard I press the gas, it won't just respond and the gear shift won't be normal again.

Once I kill the engine to scan the car there won't beany fault code registered on the ECU.
I knew something is greatly wrong so I put my scanner in the car and it happened again. I slowly moved to stop by the road side and connected the scanner and these codes popped up.

P0606: Powertrain ECM/PCM Processor

P1658: Powertrain

Fuel pump complete Assy was changed in February,

All spark plugs were was also replaced when I changed the Knock engine sensor in February.

The car is a 2007 Honda Civic
Please kindly help in finding solutions to these codes

Please do this before spending any money.[If you are sure, your fuel pump is not the issue.

Go to your fuse box.

You can check it yourself, or direct your rewire to help check for the fuse for the ECM. (brain box).
Check whether the fuse is not broken ( it usually has the designated power ratings written on the underneath of the fuse box cover, others like, lamp, Horn, fog, bla bla ) . For a corrolla, the ECM fuse is marked '20'. Do not use a '10 or 15' for a '20' .

There's always a spare one in the fuse box. If there's no spare, Don't bridge with wire, change it. Don't buy those new China fuse,

Tokunbo fuse is around ₦50-100 per one depending on ur area. Last last, it can't be more than ₦150 per one. Buy from those vendors selling Tokunbo light bulbs, lamp holders. horn.

Your engine should be OFF when doing this. Drive around and see if there's any improvement.

Some Bolt drivers have become CRIMINALS.

When you order a ride. Bolt shows the amount for the trip and a driver pops up. When the driver comes, and u tell him the amount bolt brought up, he starts complaining that the amount is TOO SMALL and that you should increase the money.

Some would keep complaining in the car for u to increase the money while telling u to end trip so that you both can run the trip outside Bolt. Like they want it to be a personal Order-And-Pay Ride without tye knowledge of Bolt.

While some will end trip and say they are not going.

Infact right now, most if them are just using the Bolt platform to get passengers so they can run their personal business with you outside Bolt.

When did that start?

For some others, they would insist you should not pay to Bolt and that they want CASH. Most of us configure our apps for Bolt to take the payment from our credit card but these drivers are ready to fight with you if you choose that option. Like seriously, when did this one also start.

I would make a comprehensive post on these and more and put on a thread to enter Front page for others to see and share their own experience and for the government to take notice off.

Some Bolt Drivers have become CRIMINALS that's why most of their drivers are not making money as such again because Bolt and Uber patronage has greatly declined.

I am thinking of taking forwarding this case to a Top Commissioner in Lagos state whom I recently met so that they can BAN BOLT operations for good especially now that they are banning OKADA riders.

This daylight robbery has got to stop.

Thanks to everyone who took time in helping me find solutions to this problem.

Today, I took a rider to COD and while going to link new market, this same issue repeated itself. So I brought out my scanner while I parked by the road side without killing the engine.

I connected the scanner and it quickly linked with the ECU. Scanned and it brought out about 13 fault codes with 4 of the codes being critical.

Here are the codes:
P0325: Knock Sensor 1 Circuit (Bank 1 or Single Sensor)

P0606: Powertrain ECM/PCM Processor

P1658: Powertrain

P2185: Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor2 Circuit High

Note P0325 sensor was replaced about 4 weeks ago when car would refuse to Pick when in traffic or stopped and the code was erased and never show on the scanner again.

I prefer driving within my comfort zone as i don't want to have anything to do with these extortionists but thank God I'm making close to 7_10k on both surge and surgless trips. Any time I go VI, I must quick use Google map to blow empty back to Lekki and reposition

Sorry about that, not saying this with attitude. Some times when we need things, we just have to ignore some things if we can till we get what we want. Don't stop asking, no body is perfect. When my ac wasn't working, I ask Pearl1910 and he look into my eyes and tell me what's his own with AC, but I never stopped answer till now. We are all here to learn.
