which year is yours and to get the fixing of the belt properly search YouTube and insist your kazeem follows the step, that was how mu kazeem got the settings of my belt but now the adjuster issue we dey now especially the threading on the engine which makes the adjuster bolt not fit in well...

Na so bro,
I completely removed mine and used another size of belt. I know it's an abuse but my car has no choice than to endure it.The adjuster is an idle one and the stress of the belt usually damage it after short period of time most especially where it is bolted to the engine.
I don't see any correlation between what cornner44 is saying and it's removal. I might be wrong though.

No more buying belt after 2 weeks of usage. That adjuster for 8th generation civic for my car na pure nonsense. The thing dey too quickly spoil.

2018/19 when civic 04 is being sold for 1m, corolla naija used is been sold for 1.2/1.3m. Those that bought their corolla that year will be putting 1.6m on car they have been using same year. Now the new one I recently replaced was working fine because my parking break light that was on the dashboard was working and my D light not flashing.

The issue I'm having now is that my D light is now flashing, and the parking break light permanently on the dashboard even without engaging the break

I scanned the car and it show code U0121. When I checked out this code online, it says there is no communication between my PCM and the ABS module.

Sometimes the handbrake light on the dashboard will go off, while the D light will still be flashing. When I off the engine, and restart it, the D light will also stop flashing but both will come back on the dashboard at the same time.

I tried reconnecting the ABS connector to the Old module I removed, my D light is still flashing. Remember it wasn't flashing even when the ABS module was burnt.

I need help in re-establishing the communication between my ABS module and the PCM.

Abeg make somebody come to my aid. This issue is driving me crazy.

You may not be able to get original part if you buy new one.

From your explanation, I'm guessing the issue is from the tripod joint in the inner shaft cup. Just buy Toks.

Abeg gurus, make Una advise me .
My drive shafts, I think both legs are making jingling sound any time I'm on speed and need to slow down, I will hear this sound like metal being pull apart and once I press my gas it will engage again.

Initially I didn't know what it was until I did a physical inspection and shakes the shaft on the driver side which seems to be making the sound. Lo and behold! The rod is shaking and not firm. I checked the other leg too, also not firm.

I've decided to change them but I want to know if I should buy new one or used. Which is better for this kind of replacement. Car is the 8th gen civic

First they will start with back to back trip but when it gets to either 2 or 3 trips to go they'll knack you with long trips they know you won't be able to complete b4 the time line, and then again you needed just 1 more trip to complete the campaign but you'll be inside surge and a very busy area yet you won't see a single trip for hours request yourself naw na lie na another driver you go get even when you're not having a high negative balance.
Some times they'll start giving you like PU even if you accept hoping to cancel after 3/5min the rider will cancel straight.
The most annoying one is you'll have a request but won't be able to accept it no matter how much you press your phone

I think your bonnet rod touched your battery terminals, I might be wrong though. Similar thing happened to me, but I caught mine on time, happens to be the rod. Try and get a fire extinguisher, it is a very important tool in a car. Thank God for your life and car.

Nope, it wasn't the rod. I have sorted that one out long time before now. No matter how I enter potholes or gallops, it can never come out from the new house I provided for it with the help of my radiator cap. Once I close bonnet, I'm sure it give it extra trapping.

Ensure you give that car to a competent electrician to work it back to factory don't allow them do cut and join or bridge any fuse. Change every burnt wire, fuse and sucket with original and tokunbo parts.

If you want peace of mind follow this advice no matter the cost

Told it's the ABS. Need to replace it as my D light is now blinking and the Airbag won't go off, ABS logo won't go off and handbrake light too.
ABS clip is no longer attached to the module. Passenger side headlight bulbs gone and will replace the housing itself once money dey. Not much burnt on the fender too. Just little respraying with auto paint

Some fuse has been affected, just get a good rewire to fetch out the affected fuse..Lord is your strength in this time.
