I have 2 bedrooms apartment at Igando housing estate. Newly built by Lagos State Government.

Good evening everyone
There’s an issue at hand that I need different you peoples opinion/advice on.
I had an issue with my landlord so I’m to vacate my current apartment before Jan ending.
I’ve started searching for apartments but the rent/price is too much 750k for a 3 bedroom apartment per year. I just can’t imagine giving that amount of money to any landlord per year.
So here’s what I need you guys advice on, is it possible to me to buy just a unit of 3 bedroom apartment here in Lagos ? Somewhere on the mainland that I can easily access ikeja like Iyana Ipaja, Egbeda and under 8m ?
I need everyone’s advice on this thanks.

Ibadan is quite a distance but let me hear from @redgem First if hopefully she is in Lagos.

That said, how much are you willing to offer by the way? I paid 65k per door (frame inclusive) per unit. Ild be willing to go with the best offer after considering distance and cost of transportation.

Please how can I get the accurate SQm for Gerard roofing.. Different people are giving different size and quotations, which is getting tiring.

Good evening House,

Driving a 2011 Camry, recently the engine do turn off while in motion/driving. I’ll have to park and start again.

At a point, I was told it’s the Fuel Pump, it was changed, same issue. Later the battery couldn’t start the car again. I was advised to changed that too, which I did, a Brand new one. But I’m having the same issue.

Car still turn off while driving. I’ll have to park and start again, which always come back on at the first kick..

And also, I noticed this part of the Engine is open, I don’t if it’s normal. I just got the car Tokunbo.

Normally, I change oil every 3000mile. And I use Total Quarts 5000.

But I started noticing the oil shorted in less than 1200miles.

Gurus in the house, I have a 03 Camry shorting oil. The engine sounds and run well.

There’s no spot where the oil is leaking.. What could likely be the cause of this ?..
