I have been following system of Governance in Nigeria since 1985 but unique things in Jonathan administration are highlighted below: 1. GEJ government is a government where husband his voted to power but wive rules. 2. GEJ government is the government that will build a Airport without TERMINAL e.g Jalingo International Airport 3. GEJ goverment is a government that built Airport that was flooded within a year of construction 4. GEJ government is the government who voted larger percentage of his budget to security but no citizen is secured. 5. GEJ government is the government who proud to have invested so much on agriculture but what the achievement is only on Seminal/Conference hand out. I am still waiting to see a bag of rice produced from government investment. 6. GEJ government lunches Cassava bread on media but no where to be found in our market. 7. GEJ government is a government whose citizens died like a chicken without remorse from the presidency. What we see next is SHOKI dance 8. GEJ government is that government who re-classify stealing as not forms of corruption but what .......? 9. GEJ government is a government who never see something good in his critics but only refer to criticism as political motivation. 10. GEJ government is that government who display state government executed project as his project. I hope they will not display Ibikunle Amosun's project as GEJ project. 11. GEJ's government enrich the rich and add to the misfortune of the the less privileged. 12. GEJ's government a goverment with hilarious title such as Nebuchadnezzar. GOOD CITIZEN OF THIS COUNTRY, IT IS HIGH TIME WE KICK OUT THIS CLUELESS GOVERNANCE FROM OUR COUTRY

For your information, only brigade facilitated by Dimeji Bankole which he( Bankole) and Gbenga Daniel nearly hit their heads on rock on the day of commissioning has been replaced with nothing less than seven bridges within 3 years. Please let us appreciate what is good. |

The Ogun State capital was yesterday turned to a Mecca of sort as the whole city was shut down as Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, received the former governor of the state, Gbenga Daniel back to the folds of the party. Though, Daniel officially returned to the party a fortnight ago in Abuja but the party had to wait to formally welcome him and his teaming followers back into the party during a unification rally at the party’s secretariat, Kuto, Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital. In his goodwill message, the National Chairman of the party, Adamu Mu’azu who was represented by the National Auditor, Adewale Adeyanju, assured that the party was signing off the APC in the state. According to him, Gbenga Daniel was only returning to his party after he had stepped aside, adding that there was no decampee at the event. ogd2“With what I have seen today, I will go back to the National Chairman and tell him that we are ready to resolve our differences and go back to the government to remove hunger, to remove deprivation and discrimination in Ogun State. “There’s no decampee here today, people who went to Labour Party only stepped aside and today they are returning to their own party and we are happy we are receiving them to become one family and with one big family, we’ve signed APC off from the party,” he said. ogd3The former Governor during his speech said the APC did not win the election in 2011 but that PDP chose to lose the election because of internal crisis in the party. While sounding a note of warning to APC government in the state, the former Governor who described APC as a bad government assured that whatever [b]project Amosun was doing, PDP will finish and commission them. The Chairman of the Organisation and Mobilisation Committee of the party in South West, Buruji Kashamu, assured the decampees that the party will ensure fairness, justice and sincerity in all dealings saying that he will expect same from all other stakeholders of the party. The Chairman of the party, Bayo Dayo who hinted that the government of All Progressives Congress, APC should be writing its handover note ahead of 2015 elections, assured that the new returnees will enjoy equal right and privileges just as those who were in the party.WSE

Sick Taraba State Governor, Danbaba Suntai, has said he is very sick and is not fit to return as governor of the state. •Gov Suntai •Gov Suntai Suntai, who is recovering from a severe injury sustained from a plane crash, also expressed worry at his excessive intake of alcohol. In a secret recording by Channels TV, Suntai, whose speech was slurred, appears not too coherent, and says he is addicted to alcohol. Although it was not clear who was enabling his addiction, some of those seated around him appeared not to care about his worry. His wife has been accused of being selfish, power hungry and enabler of his addiction. Below is the transcript: CHANNELS: I am happy to meet you Your Excellency SUNTAI: I am happy to receive you, and I believe my governor has received you before me. CHANNELS: What will be your message to Nigerians? SUNTAI: If they can put all those things aside and attend to God, because God did not like what we are doing, but we are still doing it. God does not permit us to do bad deeds, but it is unfortunate that we decided to listen to the devil in this case. it is very unfortunate that I am addicted to alcohol (too much drinking of beer) CHANNELS: Are you well enough to return to your office for the position of the executive governor of Taraba state? SUNTAI: Well I can tell you it is well with me to return to my office simply because I want you to support me. But you know the truth I am not well at all to return to my office, as I am now. CHANNELS: But with time will you pick up and be able to discharge your duties? SUNTAI: I know that I will pick up with time and be able to discharge my duties, but that will take some time. And I promise never to misbehave again. CHANNELS: Finally, what will be your message to the people of Taraba State? SUNTAI: Let them try to live according to the laws of God and that will definitely give them a very exciting life on this earth. But if you go outside from God’s laws you will just destroy yourself, and this is what is happening to me. Drinking of alcohol is not a good thing at all.

The question that comes to mind is what brings them together? to the extent of taking picture together.Remember! Pastor Oritsajefor Jet was used to convey $9.3m to south africa, Asari Dokubo was alleged to be involve in the scam, Muhammad yusuf was boko-haram leader. How are we sure that, this meeting was not initiated to distabilized or to dis-unite the country?. My fellow progressive, is this meeting for the progress of the country or to kill the innocent soul?. please i need your view

Security and stability are basic human needs, no less important than food and clothing. Without security and stability, a human being is not able to properly conduct his daily life, let alone come up with new ideas or contribute to the development of a high level of civilization. Man has been conscious of the need for security since the beginning of his life on Earth, and he has continuously expressed his awareness of this need in many ways. With the formation and evolution of human society, he has expressed this and other needs through the establishment of a state and the formation of laws. This was accomplished in order to ensure general security, settle disputes and conflicts that threaten society, and oppose external threats to its security posed by other nations. The development of these man-made laws did not come to completion except in the last few centuries as the result of a long process of trial and error. By contrast, the Law of Islam was sent down to Muhammad, may the mercy and blessings of God be upon him, in its complete form as part of His final message to humanity. Islamic Law pays the most careful attention to this matter and provides a complete legal system. It takes into consideration the changing circumstances of society as well as the constancy and permanence of human nature. Consequently, it contains comprehensive principles and general rules suitable for dealing with all the problems and circumstances that life may bring in any time or place. Likewise, it has set down immutable punishments for certain crimes that are not affected by changing conditions and circumstances. In this way, Islamic Law combines between stability, flexibility, and firmness. From what angle does Islam approach combating crime? What are the principles that the Islamic penal code is based upon? What are the distinguishing features of this code? What are the measures that it employs to combat crime? What types of punishments exist in Islam? What are the objectives behind their being legislated? These are the questions that will be dealt with in the following pages. The Islamic Approach to Combating Crime The ultimate objective of every Islamic legal injunction is to secure the welfare of humanity in this world and the next by establishing a righteous society. This is a society that worships God and flourishes on the Earth, one that wields the forces of nature to build a civilization wherein every human being can live in a climate of peace, justice and security. This is a civilization that allows a person to fulfill his every spiritual, intellectual, and material need and cultivate every aspect of his being. This supreme objective is articulated by the Quran in many places. God says: “We have sent our Messengers with clear signs and have sent down with them the book and the criterion so that man can establish justice. And we sent down iron of great strength and many benefits for man...” (Quran 57:25) And He says: “…God wants ease for you, not hardship...” (Quran 2:185) And He says: “God wants to make things clear for you and to guide you to the ways of those before you and to forgive you. God is the All knowing, the Wise. God wants to forgive you and wants those who follow their desires to turn wholeheartedly towards (what is right). God wants to lighten your burdens, and He has created man weak.” (Quran 4:26-28) And He says: “God commands justice, righteousness, and spending on ones relatives, and prohibits licentiousness, wrongdoing, and injustice…” (Quran 16:90) Since the Islamic legal injunctions are aimed at achieving human welfare, they can all be referred back to universal principles which are necessary for human welfare to be secured. These universal principles are: 1. The preservation of life. 2. The preservation of religion. 3. The preservation of reason. 4. The preservation of lineage. 5. The preservation of property. The Islamic penal system is aimed at preserving these five universal necessities. To preserve life, it prescribes the law of retribution. To preserve religion, it prescribes the punishment for apostasy. To preserve reason, it prescribes the punishment for drinking. To preserve lineage, it prescribes the punishment for fornication. To preserve wealth, it prescribes the punishment for theft. To protect all of them, it prescribes the punishment for highway robbery. It should therefore become clear to us why the crimes for which Islam for which the Law has prescribed fixed punishments are as follows: 1. Transgression against life (murder or assault). 2. Transgression against property (theft). 3. Transgression against lineage (fornication and false accusations of adultery). 4. Transgression against reason (using intoxicants). 5. Transgression against all of these universal needs (highway robbery). |
Alhamdulilahi for her. Before all that are posting blasphemy on this page can appreciate Islam, they should find time and read about Islam. Mosha Allah, in no time they will beg to join Islam |
