I want to be a programmer.

Executable files and system files. Also C can also be used to make static and dynamic link libraries, and can be used for automation. C can also be used for things like Malware (Key loggers, Worms, rootkit) and Co (but won't teach you anything about that)

In Kernel Mode programming C is also used. C has a wide range of use in the terms of programming windows likewise linux as well. C is used in almost everything.

Ok, now that should have to depend on you. I know C isn't that difficult to pick up, seriously it depends on you. If you are going to learn programming, I suggest you give it time and patience. C didn't take me much time to pick up unlike C++, so what I did is I use most C like libraries when coding C++ and I compile as C++.

Very advisable you gonna be having a good time learning C and for the record DONT ever use devc++ for coding C. Switch to code blocks or visual studio.

Have learnt the basic of python, have move on to django, but couldn't set it up, any help sir /ma

For you to start writing python, you need to download python 2.7.x(as python 3 is not recommended for beginners) https://www.python.org/ftp/python/2.7.9/python-2.7.9.msi The software will make you able to execute .py files on your system. The software comes with a package named "python IDLE", it is always good to start writing your python codes wwith python IDLE because if you write with notepad or any other text editor, you will eventually open IDLE to execute so, it isnt worth the stress.


After you install python, to confirm, open cmd and type "python" if you see the image1, it means python is installed successfully.

Python is a good language to start programming with as it is well disciplined and structured. Ask me any other thing if you are confused

Having problem downloading c complier on my system,my system keep detecting it as virus and keeps deleting it

I run Linux so obviously i'd be biased and say GCC if you are windows it seems you might be locked to msvc (MS Visual compiler)
