I don't have google chrome on my system.the site not working..

on like what we experince every year wen
jambites compline of jamb websites, even
nairaland with its population in every day
surfin. I hardly get server error.
Why is sites like jamb.org.ng always have
server problem, and wen u ask they say its over
crowded by trafic blabla blah
now what aboth facebook and google that has
more than 1billion unique visitors everyday.
Why is there noting like
''404 - File or directory not found. The resource
you are looking for might have been
removed, had its name changed, or is
temporarily
unavailable.''
pls i need and explicit explanation thanx very
much. I know there re some webmasters whom
can explain this comprehensively so that we all
know why dis happens evry year.
Its realy fraustring wen u try to check ur result
and get that error from jamb

In order to build a forum or social media network website, a server-side programming language and a database MUST be involved.

pisolution: For you to build a social networking site, you must be familiar with PHP, MySQL, JavaScript and then HTML and CSS. Its not too late to start learning.

You don't need to go University to learn this. You can learn this on your own if you have time. Just make Google your friend.
