Dear Seun Osewa, I saw a thread you created the other day asking Nairalanders for their suggestion in running this forum. Here is my humble suggestion. 1. Pay your content creators. Not just creators but the ones with educative and informative contents. Some of these creators spend their quality time and money in researchers bring the knowledge here. A good example is that guy that always bring in topics on science. I have forgotten his moniker. He stopped doing that because there was no motivation. YouTube and other social media platforms pay their creators. This motivates them to do even more.
2. Let creators (OPs) have the ability to delete unwanted comments on their threads. I stop creating contents here because I realized that when I create contents, the misogynists will hijack the thread and make a mockery of it.
3. Have a dislike button. There are a lot of comments here that deserve the dislike button.
4. Stop bringing posts that degenerate women to the front page of the forum. Imagine this afternoon I saw a post where an allegedly married man sat in his office to watch his wife cheating on him via CCTV. Do we need a seer to tell us that was a skit and that the creator of that thread did that to create a room for women bashers to bash women?

GistMedia0: A dramatic confrontation has gone viral after a Nigerian woman living abroad discovered that the girl her husband brought into their home—claiming she was his niece—is actually his biological daughter.
According to reports, the woman had accepted the girl into their home under the belief that she was just a relative in need of help. But everything changed when the truth came out. In the shocking footage, the wife is seen bitterly confronting her husband, shouting repeatedly, “Did you tell me she was your daughter?” as the visibly shamed man tries to calm her down.
The situation grew even more emotional when the teary woman ordered the young girl to leave the house. The girl, clearly frightened, is seen kneeling and begging the woman to let her stay, while the desperate husband pleads with his wife to calm down. But the woman stands her ground, replying firmly, “No!”
To make matters worse, the woman threatened to post the footage online—and she eventually did. The viral clip has since ignited massive online reactions, with many weighing in on issues of trust, deception, and hidden family secrets.
While some sympathize with the wife’s pain, others have raised concerns about the girl’s emotional trauma and questioned the husband’s motives for keeping such a huge secret from his spouse.
GistMedia0: A USA-based Ghanaian man has tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend through a virtual wedding, igniting widespread debate online as someone held the bride's hand for him!
Viral footage from the ceremony shows the groom attending via FaceTime while someone physically present stood in for him, holding the bride’s hands on his behalf. A microphone was placed near the phone so he could recite his vows. Despite the effort to make the ceremony appear normal, the bride’s straight-faced expression throughout the event raised eyebrows.
Social media users had mixed reactions. One person asked, “What’s the difference between this and a spiritual marriage?” while another questioned, “What’s the point of getting married if it’s virtual?” However, others defended the couple, saying that love is what truly matters.
While the debate rages on, the couple is now officially married—virtually or not!
Veteran Nigerian musician, 2Face Idibia, has been spotted in a newly surfaced photo shopping for Valentine’s hair with his rumored new love interest, Natasha, despite recent claims by his family that he had gone missing.
The photo, which has been making rounds online, shows the singer and Natasha at a hair shop, seemingly unbothered by the controversy surrounding his whereabouts. This comes shortly after 2Face’s mother publicly expressed her disapproval of his new relationship, emphasizing that his divorce process with Annie Idibia had not yet been finalized.
Furthermore, reports emerged that the family had petitioned the Department of State Services (DSS), alleging that the music star had gone missing. However, the latest image contradicts these claims, as 2Face appears relaxed while shopping with Natasha.
The photo has since sparked mixed reactions online, with some fans criticizing the singer for moving on too quickly, while others argue that he has the right to his personal choices.
GistMedia0: A shocking case has emerged involving a 100-level 19-year-old female student who allegedly attempted to poison her lover with Sniper, a deadly rat poison, in a bid to steal his car, phones, laptops, and other valuables in Ekiti.
According to reports, the suspect poured Sniper into a bottle of table water and offered it to her target. Her plan was to kill him, take his belongings, and flee. However, her scheme was uncovered before she could execute it.
What makes this case even more disturbing is that she had meticulously written down her plan in a coded "To-Do" list, by February 2.
A source provided interpretations of the cryptic notes:
"Get a P" = Get a poison.
"Learn how to D" = Learn how to drive.
"Take two P & L & D" = Take two phones and laptops and drive.
"><> to help finalise" = Allegedly a code to complete the plan.
"Buy the P by morning" = Buy the poison by morning.
The word "Herbalist" was also spotted in a corner of the list, possibly hinting at another sinister aspect of the plan.

masseratti: I won't stoop so low to your gutter level to call you names,av told you to go and read the Nigerian child acts, and what it states has "defilement",they meet has teenagers,is it every guy you meet you have sex with ?is it not possible they could av met when she was 15 had sex 18? If sex with 15 years old by a 19 years old teenagers that happened over 25 years ago is your major concern and reason for you to clamor for cancel ,well done more grease to your elbow..her appearance to a video now is what exactly?a girlfriend helped her boyfriend money to go to studio once or twice that automatically meant she is the one giving him money to go everyday?
Madam hush it ..is it not the same Tuface everyone knew in festa and environs in those days? coming to one studio on 3rd avenue C close you talking about?no be only God punish you,you lots will just be saying things you don't have an opinion of..if Annie said it to get clout ,so you expect Tuface to come out and debunk his then wife?use your brain if you have one . Tuface was already popular before he met her..how come she will be paying for his transport?same Tuface that was brought from otukpo to Lagos by blackface...abeg go and sit down if you can't reason .
God will punish you. It will never be well with you
1,Meeting someone at 15 does not necessarily means sex occurred.. besides tuface was 19 then also . defilement?at 15? You need to go and read Nigerian laws before you say anything in public.
2,Tuface was already a star before Annie met him ..forget all those stories... blackface brought him to Lagos and the formed Plantashun Bois together unless you are going to say she used her mother's money to sponsor blackface, tuface and faze Plantashun Bois album, cos you assist me once with a meal doesn't mean you the one feeding me all the time and if you didn't I will not live. He even did Omo de metta sere with With some other acts...in Kenny's music ..
It was at Kenny's music African Queen came out ..so how on earth did she use her mother's money for African Queen when Tuface was already signed to Kenny's music then?
3,whose fault is that?for her to agree to av a fifth or 6th child, was she forced?if Tuface was a broke ass nicca would she have agreed to have kids for him after the ones he have ?
4,You need to understand the definition of exploitation before you ask for damages....what exactly does Annie has or resources, or who is she apart from being Tuface gf and wife?so who need to pay who?
5 so you saying Annie was a rich girl right?
Madam abeg go and rest and leave Tuface alone with his Estranged wife ...face your own problems and resolve it ..use the time u using to ask ppl to unfollow him or cancel him for better things in your life .
You very stupid. Sex with a person below the age of consent is defilement. In Nigeria an adult begins from 18.
You lack understanding.
I said her appearance in the video I never said she sponsored the video.
You are idiot if you don't know Annie do pay 2face transportation fare to studio. God punish you
1. 2baba met Annie when she was 15. He can be sued for defilement.
2. Annie has been there for him. Stood by him through thin and thick. It's worthy to note that Annie used her mother's money to sponsor 2baba first music. Annie do give him transport money to go to studio.
3. He met Annie before others yet Annie's first child is 2baba fifth child.
4. 2baba has exploited Annie long enough. He should be made to pay damages.
5. Annie made 2baba. Remember the song that brought him to limelight is the African Queen. Annie appearance in the music video was the game changer for 2baba.
This is one of the many reasons I tell ladies never settle with a poor jobless boy. Once they make it, they will dump you.
