I did a WhatsApp advertisement and I was referred by the App to fund PayU account to enable me create WhatsApp ads. I funded PayU and money was deducted from my GTBank account.

I created the ads no views no engagements. Because there were no views nor engagements on the ads, Facebook did not deduct money from the PayU.
I created another ads still no views no engagements. I have created like six ads no views and no engagements.

Now I want to withdraw my money from PayU I don't know how to go about it. Please someone should help a sister. In this hard economy I can't afford to lose a kobo biko.
