Truth be told, a lot of people who outbound for others do not know this secret. In fact, a good percentage of the nigeria domaining gurus do not know it.

The few of them who know it sell lots of domains on a weekly and monthly basis like no man's business.

I picked one Geo and to start with...this boss didn't know I just bath A POWERFUL MERCY & CLEAN MONEY DRAWER SOAP a day before outbounding the domain.

He listed the domain for $299 if I can remember vividly. I won't mention this boss name. (Apologies boss if you are reading this...I know you will be quite shocked I never real this to you).

After outbounding, I woke to see an email from a prospect who offered $10,000 for the domain.

When I sent the info to this domainer who gave me the domain to outbound, he said I should stop it and not give him BP.

Sincerely, that man was ready to pay $10,000 dollars. Immediately, I told this domainer to change the price to $10k so that I can tell the prospect to make payment.

Voila, something STRANGE happened. This same thing happened to another boss here that gave domain to outbound.

The prospect was SERIOUSLY INTERESTED in purchasing the domain...all he was waiting for was price... I told the boss, let's sale for $476.

We agreed and I sent the price...only for me to see the say thing REPEAT ITSELF.

$10,000 dollar deal gone at closing, another $476 gone at closing of deal...few days to each other!!!



That no.n.se.nse made me discover this SECRET you are about to figure out.

I was not happy, and I wanted to know at all cost the reason for this thing.

When you outbound and a prospect show up and later turn down, you'd better leave everything you are doing and read this my post again and again.

I found out through SPIRITUAL ENQUIRY that those prospects figured out that the people who own those domains are from NIGERIA.

Immediately, I checked the whois of those two domains and VOILA...I saw the NIGERIA IN FULL CAPITAL LETTER in the registrant contact of those domains.

The other one was even better, it was just NG that was penned as country of registrant while the first one was worse...every 9ja detail was there...name, phone number, country.

I SHOUTED because that was what the $10,000 dollar prospect saw... Cr.aa..zzzzz.ily, I don't even check this whois stuff for domains I outbound for.

CAN YOU IMAGINE!!!

Too bad.

Go and check boss Lyke sold domains on Whois and check what you will see there in his REGISTRANT CONTACT. That's why he keeps recording weekly sales like the way University keeps recording intakes on a yearly basis.

So, from henceforth, don't purchase a domain without adding PRIVACY to it. No matter how expensive it is, buy it or keep your domain money.

If you are happy that you made sales without any WHOIS PRIVACY and you think you have success, you are nothing but a joker...YOU WILL BE MAKING 1 SALE OUT OF 20 DOMAINS.

And when a domain supposed to net you $5,000- $5 MILLION, you will kill off the domain because of being a Nigerian that cannot stop shining your dir.ty GREEN[color=#]WHITE[/color] GREEN colored teeth to the world...hope you know how our brothers keep defra.uding hundreds of these people on a daily basis.

Not good. Selling city+realtor is easier than realtors and selling the reverse for the singular is more difficult than selling the plural. And it's salt lake city, Utah, and this makes it even worse. Because the city version may be available and in the right order. This is bad. And the second one is worse. Ask whoever taught you to guide you properly or you are self thought you should find out the selling keywords for geo names.

Obviously, the list is fake if I can see 8 stores in the list. Everyday has 4-5 stores I know in Owerri alone. I've seen two and been to 1 in PH and I believe they'd sure have close to double the number of stores in Owerri.

Let it go. If you are asking this sort of question then you should stop wasting your time buying names not taken in another extension. Don't be emotionally attached to a name that is neither popular and lacking everything in data. Unless you are too wealthy to play the lucky game of numbers.

Lol. Not entirely true. If they are not reporting it's not because anybody here is a threat. When you come to understand domaining well enough you'd see that it's not only about what you know but what you can pay for a name.

You know a good name, and I know a good name but I don't have the money to buy it while you do how am I then a threat to you when you report such sales? Who here didn't know that Spend dot com is a good name? But most of us watched at the auctions instead of making any bid.

The only place that works is for Geo names where you may need other cities. Any whale not reporting is not because of you and I who are no threat to them but because they have family, friends and even enemies (who know them through Nairaland history) here who will see their reports and respond to them in reality based on their post or some other reason.

If you know what sells but can't even use $59 or $79 for backorder while I'm backordering them, how does such knowledge help you? And I can backorder for those amount but can't even bid in any auction how am I a threat to Mike Mann who reports his 5 and 4 figure sales? If I also know what sells but can't afford more than 100k for domains in a month how am I a threat to anybody with my knowledge? Lol.

Domaining should be more realistic than emotional if you want to succeed. Holding onto a bad name will not help you. Who is going to buy it? How many extensions is it taken in? How many search per month? Who is searching for it? Nigerians? That can easily get the .ng? As domainers, we ought to help ourselves.

Considering how much they share every month now, I doubt the naira will ever truly rise. This is just plain bullshit.

If you want to see when they open the message then install mailtrack and use the free version with BCC.

You can use it this way.

Download and install mailtrack extension on your laptop but don't subscribe to any plan. Make sure it's active on the background.

Now follow this. Instead of clicking on campaigns, click on Send Email and then go to BCC and paste the names there. Then click on Send. It will track when they open it and it's free.

But the best thing you can do is to start working on leaving Geo and outbounding. As you grow, it becomes saturated and your bills are going to outgrow them.
