How exactly do you want the Registrar to see a diploma that they don't have a copy of it in their files? Is reading simple English a challenge now?

Documentary evidence proves this too. Diploma Replacement information on the website requests you to fill form and submit to the Uni.

Meanwhile, CSU confirmed Tinubu never collected his initial diploma. So what's basis of the so-called third-party replacement?

They cite examples of other schools in the US that use 3rd party vendors but fail to acknowledge that although official vendors exist for some universities, this school CSU has no 3rd party vendor.

The paper or document does not have to come from CSU, they only need to validate what it says

When you finished WAEC, before you got your WAEC certificate, Did your school(3rd party) print a sample result for you? If they did, you likely submitted that to your Uni

When your Uni wants to confirm your result, who did they contact? your secondary school(3rd party) or WAEC the authority?
