I have seen you guys giving advices to buiding issues, I will like you both to advice me on this and I will be glad for your input.

i am presently building a 3bedroom bungallow around egan in lagos and the person in charge of the building just gave me a quotaion of 965,000naira for the roofing, i have already sent him 660k from the amount and instructed him not to spend a dime from the money untill i give the ballance.i just want to be sure if the guy is not ripping me off because from his list,he quoted 185k only for workmanship and i have read from many post on nairaland that is something like 110k for workmanship.do you think 965k is fair enough to roof a 3bedroom bungallow with four toilets,one kitchen and dining?also i will like to have an idea of cost of digging a soak away pit, any useful info will be highly appreciated.

It is very bad that some Nigerians actually see Nigeria as a bad country which is wrong because I know secret things about this couple and what they are doing in Nigeria with Greek Government money which is illegal.The wife Haralambo is known to be a very horrible woman who is keenly interested in anything money and always parade herself as someone in the Greek government but just ordinary gold diggers who uses her stupid husband to get whatever she want and she has no work with government.Can you believe thesame husband complained about Greek Government one time that they didnt show him appreciation because he rebuilt Greek embassy in Nigeria which he said was very dirty when he came and that their government is bad.But reliable sources hinted that the diplomats has been using money from the government coffers meant for government business to do things for the horrible haralambo even the expensive shop in Lagos.So many Greeks are thieves if u must know and they always like to cheat foreigners in their country and in europe they know Greeks as cheaters but for the fact that they always stand by themselves,it has been difficult to lable them.If I tell you what Greeks has done to some Nigerians interms of cheating them through permits,you will be mad and how they have killed some Nigerians out of jealousy and the culprits are moving freely.
