Some people ehnnn..After Dey granted them opportunity to relocate based on some grounds.They returned to their state back and cannot go to their respective PPAs.. We all know NYSC is a scam but atleast just honour the programme for that one year..Absconding from ur PPA for 3 months or more is very bad..If you have any reason not to be present, kindly report to your state co-ordinator..This guys dey reason with people wellaaa..
